Was on tour and the last date ended in Sacramento. I shipped my ATA case full of my audio equipment through this store. I was not offered insurance on the items even after declaring the amount that it's worth and they processed the payment transaction anyway (when I have always declared worth of the package I have always had insurance added after declaring because who the hell wouldn't want insurance on $6K worth of audio equipment?).
When I received my package the entire bottom of the case was destroyed, a caster was torn off the bottom, the case was left sideways on my porch (when I specifically instructed to keep it on the casters and DO NOT ROTATE IT) and the entirety of the inside of the case was destroyed as well.
Tried to contact the store via phone and email for a week with zero response and the only thing they did was refund me the cost of shipping, $355, when the entire rig was worth $6K.
Awful store, don't go to it. God forbid you have to get ahold of them for any type of help on a shipment because THEY. DO. NOT. ANSWER. THEIR. PHONE. OR. EMAIL.
You can't even leave a voicemail because their voicemail box is full and they obviously don't care or check and don't even attempt to have any ounce of customer service as well as the employees are either new or also don't care enough to offer the insurance and process payment without even considering doing what they're supposed to do.
I've shipped my case multiple times and always declare the worth of the package and insurance is added. First time ever this has happened. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Stopped by today to have family keepsakes packed and shipped to cousins - eight boxes to six locations, from Florida to San Diego. Took almost three hours. Alex and Eli were courteous, patient, and professional, both with us and handling other customers as required. Thank you, gentlemen!

Came in to drop off a package for work and was helped by Mehreen. I was pretty stressed but she was very kind and assured me that my package would get there on time. Awesome customer service!

Going to UPS today to return updated items. Jose is incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient. He offered me a detailed explanation of the company's return policy and suggested that I get in touch with my Amazon customer service to discuss my circumstances regarding the label first. It was really useful that he also gave me their phone number. Jose is someone I would suggest!

On October 7th, I shipped three packages from your establishment via next-day air shipping. On the 8th, I received one of the packages. However, upon checking the tracking information for the remaining two packages, I discovered that UPS had not yet taken possession of them. Consequently, I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, who informed me that one of the packages was present but the third package was no where to be found. On the 9th, I received the second package, with a one-day delay. Subsequently, I contacted the store again on the same day and was informed that the third package could not be located and that I should continue monitoring the tracking information for any updates. Regrettably, eight days have passed since then, and there have been no updates on the tracking status. At this point, I am experiencing frustration due to the lack of progress and the unresponsiveness of the store manager, taking the necessary steps to locate my package.

I visited UPS san jose to do some Amazon returns and the worker Mehreen helped me out with that. I had a bunch of returns and she was really patient and cooperative with me. She did a great job.
