This is my neighborhood UPS, conveniently located around the corner from my house. All the employees here are helpful and never make me feel bad about my infinite Amazon returns. There are a few of them that I see regularly, Huyen is one of them - she is always welcoming and greets all of her customers with a smile. Although the store can get busy at times, the wait is never too long. Will continue to come here for all shipping needs ?

Kayla’s amazing at her job but, unfortunately I had an odd experience on Saturday.. Nothing of Kayla’s doing but for this other employee.. I saw her only once going into the back with another customer. Took ages to get through my Amazon return due to the line, honestly only done because it seemed like only Kayla was working there. (Thanks again Kayla!) Management should have more people working on busy days.

Kayla was the only one managing the front when I was in the store and regardless of it being super busy right before closing she still did everything and helped multiple people at once while very obviously struggling, I noticed the self service machine wasn’t working and she was still as fast as possible with everyone. She did a great job

My go-to place to return packages from various online retailers. The parking looks tight, but I'm always able to find a spot and get in and out.Usually I'm in and out very quickly. I run into Huyen often and she goes above and beyond to help or accomidate me, which is great because sometimes I'm juggling packages and a toddler.

I always go to this UPS store as it’s the closest one to my house and the associates here are always extremely helpful and friendly. Huyen is the primary person whom I usually see and she is always able to quickly take care of my needs

Huyen is great at her service (finger print Live Scan). She assisted me so well. I am totally satisfied with my experience. I would definitely come back and refer her to my friends if they need the finger print service
