I had a great experience today because of your employee Thao. I can’t thank her enough. I came in to get a very small photo of my father, who recently passed, laminated for the temple. Thao went above and beyond. It was the only small original picture of him that I had. The temple had asked me to get it laminated so it won’t fade with time. Thao cleverly and kindly took the time to make me additional copies and laminate them for the future.
A true act of humankindness!

So I rarely do reviews, but this little UPS store warrants one. It’s near my home so I’ve gone there a number of times, typically for my Amazon returns or something simple. But each time I’m always greeted promptly and with a smile. That may not sound like much but in today’s days where it’s difficult to find really good service, people really do stand out, in particular, very kind and helpful lady name Thao. Highly recommend.
