I had the pleasure of being helped by Huyen, a wonderful UPS employee, and I cannot express enough how much her outstanding service left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I walked into the store, Huyen greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel at ease.

I came in with my 1 year old to get his passport picture taken. Huyen was very patient with us and made sure that we got a shot that would be approved by USPS

This UPS store is my go-to! The staff are friendly and efficient, the customers are chill. Any service -- mailing, Amazon returns, printing, and live finger printing for the DOJ service were excellent. Huyen is especially helpful, knowledgeable, meticulous. She's helped me a number of times before, but this time around I especially appreciated her walking me through the live finger printing process (it was for my real estate license exam) with such patience and skillfulness. I think this time she'll remember me since I guessed her hometown correctly ;D

The positive reviews are accurate. Good service. Though it's crowded if some people in line do not know how to use the automated Amazon return ATM on the left side of the rather tiny store. Dont go during lunch time, then it's one employee (though service with a smile)

Huyen at UPS is fantastic for passport photos! She really takes her time to ensure you get the best shot, even taking multiple photos to make sure they all look great. Highly recommend!

I have a UPS store closer to me, but after coming here for passport photos this will now be my go to.
Both ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Huyen was extra helpful with passport photos and then helping me get it all ready and sent out.

I don’t like to exaggerate in reviews. I returned my package a few minutes ago and a lady told me to bring the package to the back. As a customer, it is NOT my job to bring a package to the back room…. What a bad experience at this store.

This UPS store closed to my house, I walked in and have a Cashier check need to ship over night.
Huyen is associate try to help me out very friendly, quickly. She is so nice and polite. I would like to recommend this store.
