I've consistently experienced terrible service at this location. The rudeness of some of the staff seems to be a constant, regardless of how busy they are. It is also perplexing how an outdated printer driver from their part that leads to erroneous printing of pdf files. Despite the convenience of the location, the poor service has led me to decide I will not be returning.

Every time I’ve come to this location, I’ve received excellent, friendly service. However, during my most recent visit, I was especially grateful for the above-and-beyond effort shown by the two gentlemen behind the counter. They were more familiar than I was with Dyson’s exchange and return process, and thanks to their help, I saved $50 in shipping costs that should have been included in my pre-printed label.
Despite missing information in my return email, they were able to figure out exactly what needed to be done. I truly appreciate their time and effort - most people probably wouldn’t have gone to the lengths they did. Because of this experience, I have absolutely no hesitation about returning to this location in the future.

The nicest most kindest people work in this UPS store. They're always so helpful whether it's returning Amazon orders or shipping packages with UPS. I used to return my Amazon purchases elsewhere but I intentionally make sure to come here now because of the people behind the counter.
