I enjoy going into the store. The customer service is definitely a game changer, friendly faces with smiles and I’m always greeted as I enter the store. I receive all my packages on time . I like the text message reminder that a package has arrived for you feature.

I've been using this UPS store for over 10 years. I have received nothing but excellent service! Cashiers are very competent, and have always been friendly.
