I visited The UPS Store yesterday for notary services, and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease of the process. Within less than 10 minutes, my documents were notarized, and the friendly staff even helped me make necessary copies. Highly recommended! ?

Never use UPS and the UPS store. They lose packages and steal from customers. This is a common accurance and I hope this local store closes and goes away. Rather have a regular notary in that location. Worthless. Read the reviews

They charge me $7 for print a paper an extra if they use a piece of tape but a month ago they do for free thats bad for our people ups suck

The representatives here are very rude and will will try to charge you $6 for packaging (even when Amazon pays them to pack the product). I have tried other UPS locations no one charges that much for packaging (especially when its an amazon return). Don’t believe what they say about requirements etc, it’s just this specific store manager’s rule.

Upsells to get customer to pay for "shipping" boxes that they charge upwards of $20 for, even when product is in the original shipping package. I've encountered this twice, but only when the store manager is there. I've not had this problem in any other UPS store location.

Apparently US passport and DL (that I don’t have) are the only types of identification for the lazy worker on the help desk, not even for DMV or any Federal agency, however I just went to another location to get my live scan done and they accepted my foreign passport and my green card without any issues??♀️.Should provide your workers with training in the services you’re offering or they should reconsider to work in another area different than costumer service if they will treat people with such an unhelpful attitude.
