If Queenie, the store manager, isn't there in the store, turn back and come back another day.
The other two don't know a thing. They are condescending and act as though you're totally wrong. Then they call Queenie after you insist and then she walks them through how to use their own system. And they don't even acknowledge they're wrong.
Queenie was great with most of my packages. Unfortunately she wasn't there when I went back but she'd said that she'll brief the others about what to do but clearly hadn't. And I had a tough time with the other staff. They're not only not knowledgeable but also pretty caustic.
Also, they refused to tape my box which was coming apart. Queenie said she'll do it when she's in the store but the box came to me just like that barely being held by a thread.
Regardless, I think Queenie is great and she can run the store by herself without having other staff who make things more difficult instead of easier.

Amazing service from James!! I had two bulky monitors I needed to ship back to Canada and James was super kind and helpful throughout the entire process and made sure my packages were packed and shipped properly! Thanks again :D

I can't see any service at all. Because it's a holiday, the staff's service attitude is just terrible! Do the rules for every UPS differ? They won't let me ship without a box, and I can't even buy a box from them? The UPS Boss, please check the surveillance footage and see the service attitude of that guy with glasses and that girl with the flying fake eyelashes.

I don't see why this location is scored so low and averages 3.1, in my experience staff was friendly, location well staffed with two workers. Didn't need to wait and I was out the door in 2 minutes.

Accessible parking near other useful businesses as well, staff are fast, friendly, and attentive. Waits are generally short.

I am recommending this UPS store at 1055 Brokaw road. Their service is so much better than the one at 2530 Berryessa Rd. Three times, the store on Berryessa asked me to purchase boxes to send “no packaging needed” Amazon returns, which the Brokaw store never did!! Brokaw store’s customer service is really good, professional and efficient, so even when my house is farther away from the Brokaw store, I still go there 100%. Thank you.

I need to appreciate Jennifer, the store manager, on the customer care and service given. I came to drop off my amazon return package and found that i forgot to pack it, since i had chosen customer packed return. I rushed back home and packed it and i reached a little beyond their closing time. Jennifer was kind enough to allow me to return and help me pack the package properly. Sometimes these small small actions make us become loyal with an establishment because of their service and care. UPS store, by choosing right folks is definitely on the good side.

I came earlier this afternoon to get a couple of documents notorized and mailed. There was a lady who helped me with two documents. She was very polite and helped me with notorizing and mailing the papers.
