First time I used this UPS location and I wish I had read the reviews first before dropping off two packages into the UPS receptacle.My packages never got scanned and never got to their destinations.Not sure if there are thieves or what but beware and do not use this drop box!

Dropped off small parcels here for my customers and it never scan. Terrible! UPS is probably the worse! Sticking to USPS!

$700 return package was stolen. Drove back by a couple months later once the receiver said they didn't receive it and the door was open.

I reached there just 5-6mins before store closing hours and they had already closed the main door. There were just 2 customers inside and 3representatives.. I just had to drop off a package which takes hardly 1min but they didn’t let me in. Also the staff was very rude when I asked them why they closed the door before the closing hours. In general, the staff is really rude when they interact with the customer.

My package was never scanned and according to UPS it’s magically missing. UPS makes it difficult to file a claim and don’t even try calling because their automated system is a nightmare. Don’t use a Dropbox if you are going to use UPS. Definitely don’t use this one....Update: UPS did nothing to rectify the situation and the company I was sending the package to ended up refunding me. Please do not go to this drop box and if possible avoid the drop boxes altogether. If you must use UPS, go to a store and make sure they scan it and give you a receipt.

i HOPE YOU READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU DROPPED IT OFF. I was returning packages to amazon. Never got scanned i guess. Dropped it off 6/6/2020 and it's the 24th now. I'm trying to explain to amazon and xfinity about the lost packages but they require proof. I'm gonna tell you, getting proof that your package was never picked up here from UPS is hard, even near impossible.

Package slot is blocked inside so even if the item you are attempting to drop off fits into the main opening, it might not fit through the "throat" into the repository. Frustrating.
