Extremely rude employee! The lady had me wait at the counter for a long time even though there was no one else in the store! Before even walking over to the counter herself, she yelled from far away about getting my QR code ready (for an Amazon return) which I had already pulled up before even entering the store. Never coming back here again!

This is a fake ups, publishing false advertising to attract customers, and the boss inside is very rude, and the staff is also very unprofessional. The service here is so awful and rude，waste time and ignore details.

Worst UPS service at this location I'll ever experience. I've never had any bad experience at any other UPS location except for this one. Rude employee. I asked politely if they can take a package for me, one strip. She said we don't take any package but you can buy one. I look at a small tiny roll of tape for $7.50.

Anyone planning to come to this location should think twice. The staffs and owner are really rude. Looking at the other true honest reviews and how the owner has been responding with fabrications and also leaking personal information says a lot.

The employees at this location are very rude for absolutely no reason. I came in with a return and did not have it taped (I have never had an issue with this before) and the employee started yelling at me saying that they receive thousands of packages a day and we should not expect them to do extra work. It’s really not that hard to be nice to someone, but apparently they don’t know how to do that, just by reading all of the other 1 star reviews. And by the way I went to the UPS store down the street on Brokaw and they took my package no problem, without yelling at me. Maybe you should take notes from them on how to act.

The associate by the name of Kimberly was extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I have never been treated that way by a ups store employee. She couldn’t be bothered and when I asked a question she completely ignored me. Usually the staff at the ups store are courteous and at the very least professional. Highly highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

They (Asian woman and man, was in a hurry so don’t know their names) were very customer friendly and professional. It was close to closing time yet they patiently got everything done with a smile :)

The store service is very unfriendly and mean to customer. I am not complaining about the money required, I did paid for services. I wanted to complained that the clerk should have inform customer before the work in a professional manner instead of rudely stated “you SHOULD know” when in fact some people don’t. It was rude and demeaning.

I came here to dropoff an Amazon return and didn't have tape to seal up the package. The guy running the place then told me they don't accept unsealed/ no label packages because that's their amazon policy. I have been to other UPS stores that have the courtesy to help with all that. The customer service here is terrible and after all the other reviews I read on this place is totally spot on.
