I have been on 8 calls trying to located my $700 device that was needed for a presentation this Wednesday. We paid for this delivery to be expedited. We were told via tracking that it was to be delivered Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. Come Wednesday ( No PRESENTATION DONE ) we were notified that our delivery was attempted @ 4:03pm and that we were not home. A TOTAL LIE. It stated that it was attempted and that our package was going to be on hold at 1821 South Bascom (UPS ACCESS POINT). We then went to location to which manager stated that the carrier already stopped by and that our package was not present. I then was on hold through many calls, was 1st told that address didnt have unit #, (WHICH IT WAS CLEARLY ON THE EMAIL WITH TRACKING #), then told that it was going to be at access point( WHICH IT WAS NOT ) then escalated to a Macky. He then apologized stating that he was going to get at the bottom of everything and make sure he can get the package to us ASAP and to be prepared to wait 45min or so for a call back. He calls while Im at the store, rush out to the car to be told that he made every attempt to reach anyone at the 7th street hub with no luck. And apologized for his company being so unprofessional and that he hates when drivers so this! And that the package would be at the access point Friday the 5th. I then asked for him to call if any update. As well as sending me a link to make a formal complaint. None of which was done per that last person I spoke to by the name of Joy. So today is Friday in which I went to access point this afternoon to be told that the carrier came again and no package for us! I then again called to wait for 1hr going back and forth with 2 different agents. From tracking to theft claim since my package was no where to be found.When I finally speak to Theft claim, she then tells me that the package was inputed today the 5th to be dropped off at access point SATURDAY! I then tell her that this has been an ongoing issue and that instead of me going to access point again (15min drive) to have the address changed back to original home address in which we paid for to be delivered. She states that she couldnt do that blah ,blah, blah. She stated that I needed to request that in Tracking department. She was going to transfer me to department. Which I was on hold for 1:05 hrs to then hang up and start all over. Now as of me writing this, I speak to a Joy and she is telling me that she cant change address back because it was already attempted ! And also my package would not be at access point Saturday since they are closed! My god no ownership, not a bit of customer service at all. All from a driver lying about doing his job. I am now waiting on a call back from escalation to get address changed from access point to home address again!
This has been a constant issue with UPS. Will strongly advise everyone I know to use USPS or FEDex...cheaper and way better service!

Do NOT call this place asking for help. You'll get a machine that will refuse to connect you to someone when there's no options for what you need. You'll have to go in person.

I went here on April 15 2024 to find a stranded package and the agent was kind enough to look for it and helped me locate the package. He gave me good advice and went out of their way to help.

This place is nice and clean. The UPS workers are nice. I never have an issue when coming to drop off any of my packages. It's always fast service. Im in and out pretty fast.

They're only open Tues through Friday I need help Saturday or Monday nothing works online email nothing works they expect you to be home between 11 am and 300 pm on a weekday when I work. Horrible

Terrible customer service.The customer service has no communication channel with facility centers.They kept lying to the customer that a second attempt was being made at a business location which kept the employees waiting until 8:00 pm.

Let's see... I asked the desk guy to help me with a 135lb package, and he said he could not because of liability. Then he laughed when I got it inside. Asked why, he said I was doing it wrong. Then he said he thought it was going to be rejected for being overweight, to which replied that I weighed it on a bathroom scale at home, since that was all I had. Then he said he could not check, since their scale was broken.None of this was particularly annoying, I just found it funny and wanted to share it.

The staff was very quick and friendly. I forgot to tape up the package, and the lady was happy to help me with it.

Calling this a "Customer Center" is a joke. Service is poor, inattentive, and argumentative. We went to ask some questions about a lost document in a package and the person there was not only unable to help, but rude.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I have never mailed large packages before but I didn’t have any issues because of Nicole! Thank you soo much for explaining everything and helping me!
