Flawless service! I’ve been visiting their store at 1346 The Alameda for the past four years. They are diligent, polite, and helpful with returns, photographs, notarization, PO Box, printouts, shipment, and supplies. The store is well-staffed, ensuring speedy task completion, and they have self-help kiosks for returns. I definitely recommend it!

Hate this store. Staff are friendly, but they move VERY slow.
Also, twice now I have been told to exit line and use the self scan station, and twice it hasn't worked and I have had to re-enter the line and wait longer.

I prefer to give lower than 1 star if there is an option. I use UPS a lot to ship my products and normally I use the overnight service. My regular store is in Petaluma CA.
But on July 10th 2025 i happen to pass by Alameda so I dropped off my package at this 2601 C Blanding Ave, Alameda around 2:13pm and it was an overnight package going to the east coast. I got my receipts and before I left I asked what time is the overnight package going leave the store to the UPS hub in Oakland They said around 5:15pm. So I believe that my package will be leaving by flight from Oakland on time which is normally around 7pm.
The next morning I checked my tracking it turns out the package didnt get to the Oakland hub until after 9pm. Somehow it didn’t leave the store! That package was delayed and the product was bad by the time it arrive at my customer causing me to lose money and pay to ship more to them.
This location is a lot closer to Oakland hub than my regular store that’s almost an hour away but can’t manage to send it out.
Don’t come to this location if you have an overnight package. They suck!

Employees are on their phones ignoring customers and also treating it like a daycare bringing their children and letting them play with customer packages behind the counter

I came in during a very busy time, and both Darwin and Gabriel went above and beyond. Darwin stayed calm and professional while helping a frustrated customer, clearly explaining store policy with patience and kindness. Gabriel returned from break, quickly jumped in to help the growing line, and assisted me with my returns efficiently—even helping with my heavy boxes. As a former UPS Store employee, I know how tough it can be, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Great service all around!

The new owner, Amit, lacks integrity and has failed to provide a resolution to an incident that occurred December 2023. The store was broken into and some of my packages were stolen with collectibles in the thousands of dollars. As of this posting, he has yet to respond as he continues to avoid my communication. I will have to do things the hard way and take it to court. Do yourselves a favor and drive a couple miles to the UPS Store in Santa Clara to avoid the headache I've been put through for the last 12+ months.

The new store management (actually the new owner) is so rude with zero empathy or decency, all for no real actual reason. All I asked was for him to check if a package was wrongly delivered and had to listen to a whole lecture of how I was wasting his time.
If he doesn't care to treat his potential customers (who keep his business alive) well, imagine how bad he must be treating his employees.
I used this store so much for all my shipping needs. But I'll take my business elsewhere thank you; there are plenty of UPS stores in town.
