Very good experience here, my mom and I had to ship out an important sentimental portrait and the associate Jen was very compassionate and welcoming. She answered all our questions and made the whole process quick and easy. I really like this location.

Jen was extremely helpful during my process trying to return a defective item Amazon sent me, she was knowledgeable and gave me the best price to ship my item and help me save money so it didn’t feel like a complete loss since Amazon wouldn’t pay for the shipping.
