Came in this store to check out some furniture for my new place. I saw a lot of signs saying to watch your children--which I totally get. What I didn't see was a sign saying no photo, video, or phones allowed until after I was told by the lady. I complied and put my phone away but damn. Lol. Not sure what the harm is in having your phone out and taking some pictures to show someone else. Obviously I'm taking photos because I saw something I liked. After the lady told me to not take photos, she began to follow us around the floor -- basically babysitting, just watching where we went and it made us uncomfortable. We left. I felt like I was in school about to get my phone taken away hahaha.

I thought about giving three stars instead of two but the mover stopped by my place without a face mask Steve in the office is cool; however, I was pressed for the money and the warehouse didn't even have the bedroom set my husband and I picked out. We gave $1500 cash the day we chose the bedroom set. We gave the rest two weeks later. We were told the item was on back order and needed to be patient due to pandemic. The set was ordered in August we did not receive it until mid November. I was pissed. I kept calling them like they called me for the money every other day. I even stopped by their location. When the bedroom set was received the mirror was chipped bedrail had damages and so did a drawer from the dresser and chest. I immediately took pictures and contacted the store. I sent the pictures via text to Steve. He assured me they would take care of it. I didn't even ask for money back. I waited another 3 months before I heard anything. Finally, I got a call that the guys are going to stop by and replace the bedroom set. I thought to myself great when they arrive it was on a day that was not scheduled. My husband told them Saturday they came on a Tuesday. No mask! I told the guy he needs to put a mask on. He gave me attitude. He spoke no English which made it more difficult to communicate. I called Steve for assistance he came over and they replaced one drawer. He told me I needed to wait longer for them to replace the other pieces. That was not what we discussed and for not keeping your word but taking my money here's the review you asked for. Have a nice day

Came in and walked out after the lady working told me I couldn't take any pictures of the furniture to show my wife since she wasn't able to come with me to see in person, will not shop at this location for furniture at all, hide your phones if you come in

I'm opening a new studio in San Joaquin Valley and stopped in yesterday looking for a bedroom set.Tri showed me a couple then I found one that I really liked. I told him I would be back soon with the decision as I wanted my husband to see it first.I went back today to buy the set, but I have my own financing with a company that I have used for years. Tri told me that he could not put the credit card number in and he was sorry and goodbye.It really felt like he didn't even want my business or he thought I had stolen someone's card.So I went right down the street less than a mile from him and met a wonderful woman named Kristine at Best Furniture located on 10th Street and Tully Road.Long story short, I wound up with a much better deal, free delivery and it took her all of three minutes to put the card number, in print a receipt and give me a delivery date.She was also excited to find out about my financing company so that she can tell her customers.

This boutique was always my favorite. I bought my furniture 8 month ago from them and I was happy! The salesperson Kim is always helpful. She is vary patient, knowledgeable and friendly. That's why I suggested them to my whole entire friends and family. Last week we bought a sectional sofa and 2 dining chairs from them for $700, when we received them, we changed our mind and decided to switch with a loveseat and 2 more dining chairs which costs $150 more and they charged us for extra $35 for re-shipping which was fair. And also we were interested in a $300 single chair and we asked for more time to think about it. Today I called them to order it and they refused to do it for $300 and asked for $400 with unacceptable excuses. The way that they are treating their loyal customers is terrible. Me and my family bought almost $4000 till today! I'm really upset and never ever suggest them to my family and friends!

Fantastic customer service and great selection of affordable pieces. I purchased my bed from Unique, they did not have the color I wanted in store so we ordered it from the vendor catalog. Long story short, the bed arrived and the manufacturer delivered the wrong color. When the bed arrived, we looked at the bed together, the sales gal noticed it right away and she, as well as her team made sure they did all they could to help make the issue right. They were wonderful through the whole process. I would also like to mention, this whole mishap was not their fault, it was the manufacturer's fault. A new bed (different from original) was delivered a few days later, it was delivered on time and they put the bed together very quickly. This was a great first experience with Unique Furniture and I look forward to doing business with them again. I highly recommend Unique Furniture.
