First of all, their customer service is horrible. Their attitude is like I don't even want to assist you. Secondly, they are scams. They have sold two broken LED lights to my mother. They have told us to contact the manufacturer and guess what the warranty expired a year ago. They refuse to take the lights back because they don't have any responsibilities. Thus, buy at your OWN RISK.

Horrible first experience and will never be returning. The one worker followed me n my teenage daughter throughout the whole store. While there where multiple people within the store he only followed us like we was going to steal there supplies! Them not knowing I was of Asian decent! Then when I asked to speak to a manager the owner which is the son of his mothers other store wanted me to address him in front of everyone when I ask to speak to him in private! So I told him his worker was following us but no one else. He simply said nothing! His mothers store would never do that! Since this experience of racial profiling I will never spend my money in his store nor the other supply store!

It’s cash only, than she said I could use the ATM for no fees, my bank charged me the extra fee. She charged me extra for my Ca taxes. And my account was hacked later that evening. Do not use their ATM.

Ann is very nice and helpful but Tee is a very rude man with very bad customer service. Tee should not be speaking to customers because he doesn’t listen when you ask questions then he gives the wrong information. Tee should not have any job where he needs to talk with people. He should sit at home or work without helping customers. The other people working here are nice but avoid Tee because he is rude and lazy. If Tee was had not bothered me, I would have given this place 5 stars.This place has a good selection of professional nail products at good prices. It was helpful that they had prices. I only purchased a hundred dollars of product but will be back when I need more.

*I am not in the profesional field* I loved my experience here at Tulip nail supply. It is a warehouse. When I got there it was not busy, but did get busy very quickly. I was looking around for some dip powder and dip sets. I ended up finding a color I love. I looked around their store, Just imagine Costco but for pedicures and manicures. They Cary very popular brands such as Chisel, Kiara sky, and OPI. They have all the things from hands to study on, nail tips, monomer, UV lights, gel soak offs, to e files. Everything you can imagine. Their main store is in the back but you walk through the front. They are very busy with orders. It just tells you how great and how busy they are. The associates there were extremely helpful when I couldn't find something. I highly suggest you check it out regardless if you are in the line to do it professionally or not. I'm very pleased with their customer service and with their store. Definitely will be coming back and may also be ordering online as well.

This place is awesome if you love doing nails! It is a bit scattered oh, and it is a family-owned business so it is a bit getting used to with all the Mayhem going on. Other than that they have everything you need! And they're always very fast to help and very knowledgeable

So today I decided to come to the nail supply house because they have been following me on Instagram and I really liked their nail art and everything they sell so I decided to drive up from Sacramento to buy everything from them in person they weren't very helpful when I walked in I had to ask multiple times for help every time I asked for one thing they kind of just handed me that one thing and walked away leaving me to go back and ask them for help again over and over until I just decided to leave upon check out they told me they only excepted Venmo or Zell my Venmo and Zell we're having issues so I decided to drive to the bank and go get The money when I came back everything that a set aside I thought was in the bag However upon me driving down the street to go get something to eat before I drove back home I decided to just check the bag to see everything I bought because I was really happy about everything I had just bought and I check the bag and noticed a few things were missing out of the bag. when i came back they apologized and gave me everything that was missing because i added a few things towards the end that didnt get double checked . I WAS GLAD they fixed the problem with no problem Ill be coming back soon !
