  I have dealt with many realtors over the years. None of them compare to Trisha and Michael.
  
  A little over a decade ago, my neighbor sold their house. From the marketing campaign to the staging and final sale, I was so impressed with their realtor that I remembered her name, Trisha Motter.
  
  When I had to sell my mother’s rental property after she passed away, I knew exactly who I needed to call. During the initial appointment, I was walked through the process of what to expect and their services. Trisha and Michael were there every step of the way. They were able to facilitate the conversation with my mother's renter and even offered to help him find another place to rent.
  
  The rental required extensive renovation to bring it up to the level required to get our best value in a sale. From inspecting the property and developing a project plan, contacting vendors and coordinating all the work that needed to be done, they went above and beyond my expectations. Michael’s expertise in the construction process was invaluable and made the whole process seamless. When there were roadblocks, they worked around them to make sure everything was done in a timely manner. Their hard work seriously reduced the stress I felt having to deal with the estate.
  
  Professional and attentive, you will not find a better team to meet your real estate needs in the Bay Area/Silicon Valley.

  We had the opportunity to connect with Trisha and Michael of E3 Realty. They are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, efficient, understanding, patience, transparent, and respectful. This dynamic team is a pleasure to deal with in real estate transactions. They listen to your specific needs and work patiently with the clients to fulfill the needs. They have earned our trust. We will for sure to use their realty services in the future.

  Living three hours away and trying to sell a property was a concern. Bunch of questions start popping up specially during this market were the rates are high, limited inventory, less buyers/sellers, etc. But the main concern is how am I going to be able to find the right realtor? An agent that is passionate for what they do, someone that is committed and willing to go the extra mile do things right the first time.
  
  I was introduced to Trisha and Michael with E3 Realty and right away they were very knowledgeable. I was blown away how their team are very professional, thorough, and experienced.
  
  After introducing the property to them they had a plan right away. They gave me different options of how the property would be sold at the best price and what we needed to do.
  I opted out to do some cosmetic work that would bring the value higher. We got new paint throughout the inside of the house. It made a huge difference. It made the house pop out and gave it a nice touch.
  They suggested bring the outdoor patio up to date. The new owner loved it.
  We replaced some of the light fixtures which gave it a modern look.
  These and other small updates were all made with their independent contractors that they’ve worked with in the past. Trisha and her team provided a list of multiple contractors that were able to provide the best price and results.
  
  After the house was ready with all the updates, they stage it beautifully, did a
  3D video model, and a full length video detailing the entire house.
  At the end, the new owner loved how the home turned out which gave me a competitive advantage in the market. Their advice really made a difference in how fast and efficient it sold.
  Working with Trisha, Michael, and their team was the best financial decision I’ve could’ve made. Working with them has been a great experience which brought a nice friendship.
  
  I would definitely recommend take the time to get to know them and see how welcoming, supportive, transparent, knowledgeable, problem solving, and detailed oriented they are. They go above and beyond on everything they do. Very happy that I was in their team.

  Last November I lost my father and I interviewed several Realtors, all of them very knowledgeable in the area, which is a unique market. Ultimately, I decided to work with Trisha and Michael. So glad I did.
  From the beginning, they helped me through the whole process. They were always fast in their responses. I was surprised when sometimes I sent an e-mail very late at night and got a response very early in the morning.
  They were always available for us, even during Christmas and New Year, and they didn’t rush us to move forward. Once the house was empty, a couple months later, they presented to us a calendar with suggested renovations and upgrades to the older house.
  Since we were not local, we constantly communicated through text, e-mails, phone calls, and a couple of Zoom meetings. They have very qualified contractors to recommend, and they were also great.
  When the house was ready for the market, we were astonished with how beautifully and modern the house was presented.
  Trisha and Michael guided me through all the paperwork we had to complete, and answered all questions I had. They showed a lot of patience through the whole process. They explained to me the market: when it was time sell and why to set the value of the house that we did.
  Results were impressive: we had the house 3 days on the market and it was sold over the asking price.
  When you meet and work with Trisha and Michael, you are not just working with a realtor, they make you feel you are the only client, and a friend, and remain focused on the details!
  I speak for my siblings and I: Trisha and Michael went far and beyond of what a Realtor is. We are impressed with how professional and communicative they are, and we will recommend them to everybody seeking to sell or buy a house.

  You cannot find a better realtor than Trisha Motter! Trisha and Michael are brilliant! As a first time house seller, I had overwhelming concerns and questions. They walked me through every step in this (what could have been) very daunting process. After only 5 days on the market, Trisha brought in multiple offers well above asking. They went above and beyond!

  Trisha and Michael are THE BEST of the BEST! My fiancé and I were looking to sell our condo in San Jose, California, to move to the Sacramento area. We were so lucky to be recommended to them by our realtor in Sacramento. After meeting Trisha and Michael for the first time, we knew we were in the best of hands!   After years of renting our home, we were devastated to find out that our home was destroyed. Trisha and her team helped us understand the market value of our home with and without repairs. After reviewing her market research, we decided to move forward with renovating our home. Being out of state we felt that we were always in good hands with Trisha. Her team was proactive in making sure that all the supplies were accounted for, and that the renovation projects were completed as quickly as possible. Whether it was good or bad news, Trisha’s team would keep us updated. What impressed me was Trisha’s ability to resolve problems. In the past I’ve had realtors who would just bring me problems, but Trisha and her team really excelled at presenting solutions and workarounds to help us get the home on the market quickly.
  
  Trisha and her team are also very honest and transparent. She made sure that the disclosures were documented accurately and that both the buyer and seller were very clear on the quality and condition of the home.
  
  Once our renovation projects were completed, Trisha’s team sprang into action staging our home. We discussed the state of the market, and she strongly advised us to price low to attract as many buyers as possible in a slow market in January of 2024. Trisha used the latest technology to showcase our home including producing high quality photos, videos, online marketing on YouTube and other onlines sites, floorplans, 3D Matterport Tours, and a custom website. In addition to the high-tech marketing, she also produced high quality printed brochures for our home too. The results spoke for themselves, we had over 60 families come to our open house, we were in contract in less than a week, and we went way over asking. We even broke a record for the highest sales price in our immediate neighborhood from January 2023 to today.
  
  Her commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for me as a client was evident in every step of the process. I would highly recommend Trisha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her passion for real estate and her exceptional service set her apart as a top-tier real estate agent.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Gordon and Trisha Motter with E3 Realty and Loans. As a Realtor myself, we don’t often write reviews for our fellow colleagues but I feel that when we have a transaction that stands out, we should. Communication is important in any transaction and Michael, Trish and their team truly stood out in this regard. They returned calls, texts and emails in a timely manner, communicated with their Sellers and responded to our requests and questions that put our Buyers at ease and made them feel that their inquiries were important. Their expertise and professionalism helped our transaction go smoothly and the follow up that took place after the close was even better.   I highly recommend Trisha Motter because she was extremely thorough, communicative, trustworthy, helpful, and sensitive to my needs as her client through the entire process of selling my home. She went above and beyond any realtor I’ve ever experienced (having had 8 experiences in my life). She made me feel safe and always on my side to take care of everything from planning, showings, disclosures, negotiations, and getting the best results from a questionable market as well as the escrow process.
