This hotel is now called The Convention Center Inn and Suites. I was traveling for work. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was genial and supportive. Would stay again if I'm ever in San Jose.

Stayed here last weekend. Very clean very nice and big comfortable bed. The shower was great the area was fine as well. Coffee shop right by it which was great! The customer service was great! The man who helped us was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was great. Staff was friendly and really helpful with issues with bags and parking and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were really clean and looked brand new. Convention center and downtown distance were perfect. Would come back again.
