Tough auto is the worst auto shop that i have visited. Nguyen doesn't care about customers,&he is a owner this business. He is a Catholic religion,& i don't care . he & his employers hate any another religion. He asked customers religion sometimes.He scams IRS because he payroll to his employees all cash , no check . He payroll his employees $14/ hr , its illegal,& weird because his business is slow . San jose minimum wage is $15 / hr . He did discriminate on Mexican employees because he doesn't like them , thats why he payroll to his Mexican employees is $14/ hr by cash . He told him because his business is slow ,& cash . If check ,$17 /hr. He asked me to give him 5 stars review online & he will give me $5 gift card . You don't believe me , try it . Please Do Not trust anyone who post on here because Nguyen already gave them $5 for each . They all r lie .

Been going to Nguyen for years. I have had a hard time trusting auto mechanics but Nguyen is 100 percent honest and trustable. He works on what needs really needs to be done. Has worked on all my cars from BMWs to Hondas. Moved to Sacramento and I still go to Nguyen for most of my car maintenance needs and paint jobs for my cars. He also has the best prices around. Has changed my transmission on my car too. Highly recommended mechanic if you live in the bay area or even if you don't live in the bay area.
