Both my husband and I love shopping at Tommy Bahamas all the sales people there are so helpful and specially Michael was able to help me find the right size shirt for my husband even though it wasn’t available he was able to place an order and have it here within two days. It was wonderful thank you I’m so glad we have a local store.

Good selection and inventory of current product line. Happy and welcoming staff to make the experience pleasant. Visiting during the early part of the day (just after opening) made for a quick trip.

Quick and easy returns of things bought for Christmas on their website. Glad I could return at the store and not having to go to post office or UPS!

This store is very well stocked. The employees are very helpful and attentive. When you go into the store employee greet you and ask if you need any help. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

Our order from Tommy Bahama was received wrapped in brown paper (not even a bag) on a rainy day. The shipping package was soaked / ripped and the inside plastic bag was damaged with the shirt wet. We immediately called customer service which was non responsive. We saw the overwhelming negative reviews but decided to ignore which was a mistake. We will not purchase another Tommy Bahama product.

Very disappointed, one week old Beautiful Disney Mickey shirt and after first wear and wash, little hole pop out on the textile.. Very common on these cotton silky shirts. Don't last too long for the price. Very unfortunate!!

Bad experience. Waste of time and frustration with purchase. TB sent me a $50 discount card. Last night I bought a $130 shirt. The discount was not deducted so I immediately requested cancellation (twice). They actually make it very difficult to cancel. Only email to CS. Now this morning got an email that the order can not be cancelled. Called TB and no help. They are pushing the order. I do not want the merchandise. I will have to waste more time with refund, returning and calls. I really hate to have wasted this amount of time and the aggravation with what appears to be a dishonest company. Do not recommend to buy online from Tommy Bahama.

I have ordered at least 6 times in the last 8 months and every order takes longer to get shipped and even longer to be delivered. They NEVER ANSWERED MY EMAIL, you need to call, and then get A SAD, SAD STORY! EXCUSES! The quality is awesome! But the service is terrible.

A shout out to Shane. He was fantastic! I would say he took great care in steaming the wrinkles out of my dresses and then bagged the dresses so carefully as to not cause more wrinkles. This store has the best customer service of all 3 stores I have been to. This man deserves a pay raise and a promotion for the quality he provided. It’s rare to find someone who provides great customer service these days.
