I went to one of these stores.
The bad thing was that the staircase going down from the second floor WAS NOT WORKING, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY KNEES.

The services is horrible here. Everyone basically hates their job and is just there to collect their pay check. This place is absolutely horrible I would recommend a different location. I get frustrated with these people all the time and they have absolutely the worst customer service skills. This place is so close to me, but I always try my best to AVOID THIS LOCATION!

So this is 2 story location clothes make up assessories 2nd floor. Jewelry is upstairs and it's own reg. So buying jewelry, you skip the monstrosity that is there reg. Line downstairs check out as the line wraps around snake back and forth to which over 1.5 hrs wait to pay! Bye! I am having a gout flare I can't stand that long to pay for socks

This is probably my wifes favorite store, I like the place as well! They always have a huge selection of things, and great prices. The value is always there, a bit cheaper when compared to the more major stores. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. The customer service is good, but usually around the holidays it can get really busy and the wait times can be long
