Craig was super nice and helpful. I needed to drive up to Sacramento and did not realize I hit a nail. Craig got me in and out within 30 min. Great and affordable place.

I had a great experience at Tire Outlet. I woke up with a flat tire and showed up shortly after they opened. Everyone was very friendly, and they were able to replace my tire and have me out the door in 45 minutes. After a rough and unexpected morning, being taken care of like this was a huge relief.

I've been coming to Tire Outlet since Mike ran the business. Came here recently for an alignment and it took a bit longer than expected but everyone was pleasant to deal with, prices were reasonable and I get a 6 month warranty on the alignment as well.

I just got new tires and this place provides the type of service big tire companies like Costco do not. Some of the highlights:- Got quoted a reasonable price...that yes was just as good as Costco which has been the market standard for value.- Ordered, received and got tires installed on the same day. Also the people here are super friendly and easy to work with.- Got my tires installed + alignment done quickly vs. camping out outside the big tire store hoping to be the first person in.- My car is low AF, and these guy took extra care getting it on the ramp by putting wood blocks to make sure it doesn't scrape.- Once on the ramp, we realized that I forgot my wheel lock key....yup I'm idiot....and Edwing drove me to my house to pick up the key.- They installed new tires and also pointed out that my rotors were messed up (and yes they are f'ed) to just let me know to be careful.As you can see this is the type of service I feel like people got in the 1970s in mom and pop shops. Special shout out to James, Edwing and Noel for taking care of me today and going above and beyond with their service. And just as an FYI, those 3 guys did not mention anything about me leaving them a review. I just thought they deserved it. See you guys when my car needs another pair of shoes.

Service was excellent. I got a dreaded nail in my tire in one of those fun edges where it can't be patched, and my tires were pretty old already too. Tire Outlet was patient (I had many questions), knowledgeable, and replaced 4 tires in less time than it took to eat 1/2 a torta from the bakery down the street (highly recommend, btw). Also includes warranties, free patches, and all the good stuff Costco offers. 10/10 would come back.
