There is no price tag on display when asked the salesperson (may be he was the owner of the shop) replied with arrogance.Very high price anyway, better options available in Home Depot and Floor & Decor

Walked in when looking for a tile. The owner was surprisingly rude. After reading the reviews, apparently I am not the only one treated like this.

I have been working with Turk for over 10 years. Since he took over TileCo he still maintains his professionalism and expertise. I have built two homes and remodeled four others. I have sourced all of my hardwood flooring and tile from him (bathroom, kitchen, and pool deck).His prices were always below competitors and his responsive service reps have made all of my projects seamless. I recently had my home flooded due to a faulty roofing system. I called Turk and in minutes he sourced my five year old flooring and matched the pricing. I will begin replacing my flooring a week after I called him. My floors will be ready in time for the holidays. Amazing service and consistently professional for over a decade.

Don’t normally leave reviews but I’m actually shocked by how rude the staff was. Take your business elsewhere, there’s plenty of other suppliers in the Bay Area.

Terrible. Bought 5k+ worth of tile from them. Went back to get more of a specific kind, they didn't have it. Now that's not why I am giving them the 1 start. We asked when they would have it in stock and first blamed the manufacturer, then blamed the transit, then blamed the port - this has been going on since April! We literally called every week and in a rude, disgusting voice (when they even did pick up) they would tell us nothing! The irony is when we were shopping with them, they were so nice.... then they got our money and could care less about their customers.I reached out to the manufacture and asked who else had this tile in the US and it's them and another vendor on the East Coast. The vendor on the East you can't even compare to TileCo. Super nice, super efficient, super responsive - I got my tile in less than a week.Hot mess, stay way from these folks - read the reviews below. Also, yes they are not the cheapest as we found out....

Big warehouse with a lot of options, but not the cheapest. Also the employees are rude and don't care if you need help or have questions. Seem like they don't want to help you, like you better just buy something and get out.I called for a price on a slab, screened my call, then gave me a generic price right away (didn't look it up or anything) and hung up after my first question.

The owners and staff of this place have attitude problems and are very rude.I have never encountered this situation in my life. They acted like they don't need your business.I went to this place in August 2021.The owner told me that the ledger stone that I wanted was very popular and needed to wait for a few months then he just walked away. So then when I asked another staff who said since I don't need much, and they are in stock and can sell to me but I need to ask the owner. After I went to the owner and asked him, he said he has the stone in stock but he doesn't want to sell it to me.Then, of course, I was very mad and left the store right away because I did not want to stay there any longer as there might be a chance to get germs from them as the owner and the staff there were not wearing a mask at all. They were not compliance with in door mask mandates during the spike in pandemics.In the end I was very happy that I didn't buy the stone from this place, Tileco. Although this place is big and has more selection. But so what? Other places can help you order the item you want at cheaper prices. I found a place near them, and was helped to order the stone I wanted at a much cheaper price and provided very good customer service.I suggest you shop around near by to compare price first. This place is very prices, more expensive than others. Other places may have less selection in the store but they can help you order what you want at cheaper price too.Moreover, if you are Asian, I suggest you not give business to this place because the owner and the staff here discriminate against Asian American people. They can hate the China government for whatever reason. But the Asian American here has nothing in connection with China's government or causes the pandemic.

We were referred by a contractor to this place. They were so rude (bordering on contemptuous) that we left after asking a couple of questions. I wish I'd read the reviews before I wasted my time.

Prices are retail not below which I expected since they say they own a Quarry . I use to go to the place that was there before named .Maybe prices are negotiable I will have to revisit .

Warehouse with a lot of tiles. One thing to remember is they will not take any tiles back. So just buy what you need..
