I came here to rent my son's tuxedo for Prom and it came with shoes for I believe $130. There is a $50 deposit if there is damage, etc. if everything is fine, you get it back. She does take measurements to get yr ideal size. We checked around other places like the tuxedo store at the Great Mall and it was $180 for tux rental. There is a selection of tux styles to choose from and we will be able to get it Thursday night for Saturday and return it Sunday/Monday.

Cindy and Minh were very friendly and helpful with assisting us in selecting our attire, complementing colors, fitting and alterations. They were fun to work with! My husband was very happy with his purchase and I loved both my ceremony and reception attire. Pricing is very reasonable and selection is wide for what you're looking for. If they don't have it, they can order it for you. Delivery and pick up was on time and drop off was seamless.

Since I found myself @ Lion Plaza, yet again, my guy & I decided to grab a toddler sized ao dai to gift a buddy for tet. With my not so good experience at a neighboring business days prior, I decided to check out Thu Thao Bridal & Decorations. The ao dai selection here is massive!!! Any size, color, or idea that you may have will surly be made possible. I strictly came here for toddler sizes and they did not disappoint. I had such a hard time deciding on what color and print because everything was so cute. Items for sale were clean, in great condition, and the variety is size and style made purchasing here a no-brainer. 4 stars. I'll be back whenever I'm in need for my daughter's annual ao dai(s).

Bought a man's traditional Ao Dai from here for a company party. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took time to make sure I was fitted properly and the price was very fair. Plenty of selection to choose from for both men and women. The staff was not pushy and listened to what I was asking for. Liked the service so much I recommended them to the rest of my company and the 250 employees attending the Tet party we were throwing.

Really nice owner. Super responsive to my phone calls and texts. They have a good selection of items. Just wish they carried more sizes and quantity for bigger parties but I understand there's a shortage on items due to Covid. I had some alterations done here too. Super fair price. Very fast! And Beautiful job! Thanks!

I needed an ao dai for graduation. Not sure who I spoke with that day, but we spoke in Vietnamese. I told her my preferences: white, no complicated designs, no other colors She suggested 2-3, along with this one and it fit perfectly, even though I am petite and almost always need alterations. I asked for a discount just because and she said sure. It is a little bit thin, but most of the time covered well. The photo shows the possibility of being too thin, but its due to lighting.

My wife (non-Viet) and I (Viet) wanted to get Ao Dais for our tea ceremony as well as for the last hour of our wedding reception. At first, we were going to just buy a premade one. However, my wife is a lot taller than average so none of the premade ones really fit. I wanted certain customizations (dragon, dark navy) but did not want to pay a lot for a custom one to be made. We found Thu Thao Bridal and were a little worried at first with the reviews regarding rude service. However, we experienced the complete opposite. Thu Thao was extremely nice, understanding, and laughed (with) me when I tried to speak with my broken Vietnamese. Her prices were VERY reasonable compared to other stores we got quotes from. It took about 3 weeks to get two fully customized Ao Dais and.. wow, they are so well-made and extremely beautiful. The design was painted onto the Ao Dais with extreme detail. We got so many compliments from my Vietnamese family as well as compliments from all of our guests. (I have had a lot of non-Viet friends say they want to get custom ordered Ao Dais now). I'm glad we went the custom route - hopefully we can pass these down to our kids in the future! Thank you, Thu Thao!

I was recommended to this place by my cousin who gave me a fair warning that the owner can be a bit rude to non-speaking Vietnamese customers. That should've been a red flag already but I thought if I had my mom call in she'll be nicer and she was at first. My first visit there was with her niece and she was so nice, she's actually the reason why I'm giving this place a 2 star instead of 1. I chose an Ao Dai that day and put down a deposit. When I got home, I was having second thoughts so I asked my mom to call in so I can switch the dress to another one I had my eyes on. I can deal with people being rude to me, but when you're rude to my family, that won't sit well with me. My mom is patient and tolerates a lot so when she told me the owner was rude and her tone was upsetting to the point where my mom said let's find a better place for you to rent... that struck me. I won't post details about the conversation because if you continue to read the some of her other posts yelp, it pretty much sums it up. Be warned, though she had a wide selection of dresses, her attitude and way she treats her customers is wrong. Don't waste your money at a place that doesn't value you.

This place worked out perfectly for my sister's wedding. They were able to get us ao dai rentals for the bridesmaids all in the same color and tailored to each girl. Rental price also cannot be beat.

Thu Thao Bridal, a husband and wife team, helped us with our wedding. We used them for our main stage backdrop, entrance photo backdrop, and chair covers. They went above and beyond to even help us with our cake table and sweetheart table when that was not a part of their job. They were very easy to work with. I just let them know what our colors were and they created the backdrops for us. The backdrop was so nice that people decided to do selfies and solo photos with it.

Yelp says "walk ins" welcome but she is SO rude to you if you don't have an appointment. My Vietnamese is not good so I spoke to her in English. She was dismissive, rude, bad attitude and was impatient. I couldn't put in words what we needed and the way she talked to me really through me off so I kept speaking to her in broken English sentences because of how much she intimidated me. I called my fiance to come in to talk to her since my fiance lived nearby. Her whole demeanor changed! Suddenly was nice to us and had a sit down with us speaking Viet and all. While we were discussing details of a package for our wedding she was in the middle of helping another customer at the same time. The customer was very indecisive about something and the owner got mad saying that the time to make the ao dai was too short notice, to stop looking around and leave or she's gonna get more mad. What kind of business owner treats their customers like that? I'm quite surprised she still gets business seeing how she treats her customers.

I came in and wanted to rent some dresses for my pre-wedding shoot. The old lady with short hair at the store was really rude and gave me the attitude. I just asked her how much is the price, and how many days that I can rent, etc., information about the rental. She seemed didn't want to help. She asked me why I rent the dresses for. Who is my photographer, and if I'm gonna use her dress to take pictures at the beach, etc. Up to that point, I just kept silence and walked out of the door. I shop the dresses to take pictures for my wedding. It supposed to be fun. I don't want to deal with some sorts of attitude like that. I won't recommend this shop for anyone. I hope this shop will be out of businesses soon.

I love Thao! I spent almost two hours in here and she was so patient with me. She was so sweet, and personally found dresses to suit my body. I ended up getting three ao dai for only $170 total. They're stunning!
