Been here twice both times have been disappointing, second time I wanted to give them another chance. Customer service is terrible. The workers there don't know anything about the product they sell. There a strict no phone rule. And they will threaten you by saying they will ban you. The vibe overall and how they do things is shady. I've never been to a dispensary where they need to scan my ID a second time after, saying they need to keep it "updated". This place doesn't even deserve one star. Worst dispensary in San Jose. If your looking for good dispensary's try CA collective, Caliva or Purple Lotus. These 3 dispensaries have better knowledge of the product, don't need to rescan your ID, don't tell you that you can't use your phone and don't threaten you.

Theraleaf is awesome! I exclusively purchase from them. Typically I have a friend pick up for me but I have been wanting to try new things, so as I am comfortable I am. Everyone is extremely helpful and all of them work as a team. Thank you so much from me!! ?

To the woman tonight who seemed offended that I was trying to buy my product - why you work there if you hate your job and have a nasty attitude? Ma'am you're working for minimum wage and that's not my fault. Figure your life out.
Response: I do believe my review pertains entirely to your establishment. She is a representative for your organization and it tells a lot about how the place is run when the employees outwardly show negative attitudes to their customers, completely unwarranted. She was not helpful, was rude when I asked questions, and did not seem interested in assisting me. All I ask as a employee is friendly and helpful, but that was not the case. It's a real shame because I have genuinely good interactions at this establishment in the past. Regardless, that type of negativity should be reviewed and addressed.

Bad service I’ve been asking for help to be able to get in since their dumb scanner doesn’t pick up my legal ID (which works everywhere )and everyone I ask for somebody that can help me they don’t know the answer or they just tell me to wait for the manager to come in on M- F
Which if you do to go into to try to talk to them they always tell you the manager isn’t in to come again later been wasting my time just trying to get in touch with somebody not to mention the one time I was trying to be persistent on getting help an associate named Kevin told me to leave my info so I could get a call or email shorty but seems like they were just trying to avoid the situation
Update : I went to SJPD like they told me because they said my ID wasn’t good on The database they had with the police . Police says they never had any database with any dispensary .I went back to ask why they lied and sent me on a goose chase to try to find answers and then just gave me a response that that’s how it is here if my ID doesn’t work on their dumb scanner to go get my product somewhere else or they asked me if I had could have a “friend” get it for me so I don’t know how they have their priorities set because I’m sure that wasnt allowed either .Tired of trying to make it work. The staff is not trying to help you at ALL with your issues . Somebody has yet to get in contact with me doubt they even have somebody to . Don’t come here they don’t care about serving the community or their helping their clientele
Reply to Theraleaf: Theraleaf your associates did send me on a chase because they lied when they couldn’t think of a solution instead of referring to a manager because you guys never have one on site .My ID wasn’t expired when I visited you guys have to come up with better bad review coverup stories .The idea that you guys offered help is laughable .You guys don’t want to help anybody if you did somebody would’ve reached out by email like you guys said you would .You guys are ridiculous for even saying you have to abide by laws when you guys recommended I send somebody else to get my product . But it’s fine like you guys said I can take my money elsewhere if I don’t wanna deal with it and I’m just informing other people they don’t have to as-well.

This for management or whomever is in charge, clarity on the California laws around state identification should be talked about with all staff and security included. Yolanda your manager definitely didn't do her job tonight, and turned me away for an expired license. Which law says, I need to provide a valid one to enter. Which they've had in the system for months now, as I come here more than 4 times a week with no problem.. she was super unprofessional about it, didn't even look at the system just came out and said sorry bro no ID we can't let you In. Lol, disappointed because I really liked this place and now I had to find another one.
Shout out to the security guard that handled it right the 1st time, the tall guy with pink hair today needs to be trained on the law. Or at least be consistent, he's literally check my ID multiple time before with no problem and let me in. Went right back across the street to Elemental Wellness and had no issues.

I had to delete and re-post a new post about their vape Cartridge selection. It has been going downhill for the past few weeks. Once a brand runs out or running low, they don’t restock it And they hardly have any 510 carts They mostly have pods and ready to use Vapes that are not really good quality. They also have been pushing this punch brand vape cartridge that isn’t good at all Low quality oil that just burns fast And Harley gets you medicated. The only good cartridges they have is the raw garden which in my Opinion should be $30 out the door. They used to have a lot of good products, but all of a sudden stopped carrying them like there puffy Cartridges Papa and herbs Cartridges heady heads cartridges Alien lab and connected cartridges jetty cartridges gold drop Liquid diamond cartridges. So many that they use to carry but all of a sudden stopped carrying them or restocking them when there low. It sucks they keep getting the punch carts Because they are honestly not good at all even if there $20. I love coming to this Dispensary been coming here for years but it just sucks to see the Quality of the products lately sucks i gotta Spend a little more at Elemental just to get a Quality cartridge I hope they bring at least some of these products back also they dont put the thc % on majority of their items and if its a Sativa, hybrid or Indica makes it hard to make a online order

Support theraleaf this dispensary is the only one I go to daily, i may visit others from time to time looking for the rarities but when it comes to my daily use this is the only pla e that sees my money. Its just easier when you walk in and they're already ringing it up. 10/10 for service,stock, and the friendly respect, that above all is why I come back everytime, no other dispensary has ever came close to what all of you wonderful people at theraleaf provide for us. Love and respect for all the effort you all put forward every day. You all make the world a better place for alot of us! Thanks again see you all tomorrow lol ...really tho I'll be there.

BE AWARE: The ATM fee is $5.50, NOT three dollars. I went in with only 45 dollars, went to the ATM, and it wouldn't let me take out 40. I checked my balance after I was only able to take out 20 and come to find out, it charged me 5.50 to get 20 dollars......They responded with. They have a contract with the ATM company. Then you need to contact them and tell them their fee says 3 dollars, NOT 5.50, and you are stealing from my customers. As all fees are not upfront and posted correctly.
