I would like to give a shout out to the employees here. I have an 86 year old friend who was in the hospital, and we took all his laundry here to be cleaned. They did an excellent job, but what really impressed me was that he had $367 in cash in his pockets, that we didn't know about. When I came to pick up the laundry, they handed me an envelope with the cash. You seldom see that kind of honesty anymore. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my friends.

How do you go to a wash stop to wash ur clothes and as soon as you walk in the lady is closing down the office and says she's on her lunch and sits down in ur face with no lunch to eat. ? And still wouldn't make an exception for me to pay for a washer! Make that make sense! I'll never go back there again! Bad business! Zero stars!

I have never been to such an unclean laundromat that was so crammed it was hard to move and there were not enough laundry carts. You had to take turns walking down the aisle because they were so narrow. I came because they had 4.2 stars and supposed to be 50% off 4 load machines on Wednesdays (of course there were none available) but I would never return to The Wash Stop. Also, I went to pull what I thought was a sock out of the washer I was going to use only to find out it was a used maxi pad stuck to the inside of the washer. The only good thing about this laundromat was the girl that worked there was very polite.

The Wash Stop has very convenient hours and is located in a nice neighborhood. Ample parking available. Great size washers and dryers.

Even though I have a washer and dryer in my house, even though there's a laundromat near my house, it's not big enough for these blankets I have. I like coming here because the staff is friendly, I can use my credit card, it's clean, and there's plenty of machines to use. I have to drive a bit more but it's worth it.

Advertises dry cleaning, but when I arrived they said the dry cleaner was next door.The dry cleaner next door was closed.They shouldn't advertise dry cleaning if that's not a service they provide.

I rarely go to a laundromat but I had three large blankets to wash that don't fit in my apartment sized washer/dryer. I went to The Wash Stop around 4pm on a Wednesday. There were quite a few people there but I easily found three washing machines. Within an hour my blankets were washed and dried. I didn't interact with any of the staff but they keep the place clean and there were plenty of the rolling baskets available to transfer items from the washer to the dryer. I chose this laundromat based on their Yelp reviews. It's not near my home but was close to where I got my hair cut that afternoon. Despite not being close to my home, I would make a point to come here again when I need large things washed and dried.

Don’t come to this place it is super small hallways people don’t fit not even to walk or to take the laundry car people are very rude and they have old machine that don’t even take the coins they had someone working on the counter tops because there broken the noice was extremely loud.Don’t waist your time.

Same as the other location aside from no electronic/credit card payments. Quarters only. Deal breaker for me. The shopping center is better than the other location. There's a Walgreens and a ups store.

Why do they have a schedule in their ads if they don't respect it, it says that from 6 to 11 there were several people who arrived early and it was closed, bad service.....
