Chris was great to work with in helping us buy our first home! He is very knowledgeable about the industry and helped us navigate this competitive Bay Area market. He took the time to go over the paperwork and was very patient with us on our house tours. I would work with him again if I ever needed to buy another home.

Chris Simone exceeded all our expectations when it comes to finding the ideal realtor. It was an emotional and bittersweet decision to sell our home and he eased all our anxieties, patiently answered all our questions and most importantly advocated for us every step of the way. His clear communication, thorough explanations, foresight for hurdles, and proactive approach made for a smooth process. The photographer he hired did an exceptional job capturing our home's essence and featured the upgrades perfectly. The detailed information that was highlighted in the brochure about our home was hands down the best advertisement I've ever seen readily available for everyone who walked or drove by to grab before the big open house. He strategically set the list date and open house date to maximize interest. We found the perfect buyers in just one week from the list date. If we ever decide to sell again Chris Simone would be our top choice for an agent. He goes above and beyond. He is passionate about his work, detail oriented and a genuinely kind man that we trusted had our best interests at heart. It was truly a pleasure working with him throughout the entire process. He has kindly even checked in with us since the close of the sale to see how we were settling into our new home.

Chris was a very patient and knowledgeable partner in finding my new dream home. I was a first-time buyer with lots of questions and really took my time researching and looking. (I had Chris involved for over a year and he was very patient with me) Chris guided me through all aspects of house-hunting, during one of the most challenging times in recent history, and was super helpful during the closing process. He was my liaison to the many other people and entities involved in closing a sale. Besides just being great overall, I really appreciate the personal touch Chris took with me. He also went above and beyond solving challenges when they presented themselves. More than I had any expectation of. 5/5 would (and do) recommend Chris and Francine Simone to anyone that will listen. :) You will not be disappointed!

We first worked with Chris Simone six years ago when my wife and I were looking for our first home together. We were growing frustrated with the competitive market when Chris suggested a different approach and go after off-market homes. He found us an incredible home in a wonderful school district, off market. Six years later we outgrew our house with the addition of two kids and a dog. When we decided to search for a bigger house, Chris was more than willing to show us homes and educate us on current market conditions. We were able to buy a bigger house strategically and by acting quickly upon Chris' guidance. He is also very patient and responsive throughout the whole process. Buying a new home meant we needed to sell our old home. We did not hesitate to hire Chris to market our home. He advised us on what to do to prepare the house for sale. Within a week after our house hit the market, we received many offers significantly above asking. Before he presented the offers to us, Chris reviewed them all and diligently ensured we had all the information to make the right decision. He made it easy and advised us along the way, Throughout the years, we worked with several Real Estate agents, and working with Chris Simone was by far the best experience by far. He genuinely cares for his client your side. He is a good guy all around who is also fair and ethical.

I interviewed three realtors and Chris, far and away, seemed to possess the most expertise. He handled the details quite well and, in one day, brought in three bids with the top bid at $100,000 over my asking price...as well as the price the other realtors had recommended. And no contingencies! The sale went smooth as glass. He moved me to take several actions which I found to be very beneficial: e.g. staging, early home inspection,...; he knew what he was doing!

Chris & Francine Simone provided me with excellent service every step of the way during the sale of my condominium. They are experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, kind, patient, and a joy to work with. I felt very shaky, anxious, and emotional about selling my home, yet Chris welcomed my many questions and always took time to explain what was happening and to share why he was making particular recommendations. Chris supported and guided me in preparing my home for sale. I was impressed with the efficiency, ease, and professionalism of the staging, photography, 3-D tour, and marketing of my home. Chris and Francine were a delight to work with on selling my home. It was a very emotional thing to go through after living in the home almost 50 years. They hung in there with me during my emotional roller coaster from start to finish. Chris provided a 3D tour walk-through of my home and Francine prepared a beautiful glossy photo brochure high-lighting all the wonderful qualities and upgrades of my home. Chris was available by phone at all times, even if he was out of town or busy on another project. I really appreciated the open line of communication throughout the selling process. A couple of my neighbors called and texted me that they had attended the open house hosted by the Simones and commented how gorgeous the home was and that Chris was very personable and would definitely use him as their realtor if/when they were ready to sell. We got into a multiple offer situation and Chris was there to step me through the process of how to negotiate the transaction with several interested buyers. He was able to get me more than my asking price, as well as buyers who were incredibly grateful to all I had put into my home. It made it easier to let go of my family's home, knowing it was going to a couple who was so appreciative and will start making their family memories and dreams come true.

Chris Simone was very tenacious with selling my house. He had open house most every weekend and kept advising us on any current buy/sell information that could be pertinent to keeping our house interesting to the buyers. Many times Chris managed to find time to help out beyond the call of his normal work activities. Once Chris didn't hesitate to arrange buying a new furnace and having it installed so that there was no delay in getting it ready for the buyers. Chris helped my wife and I find and buy our home in the San Jose area. He brings years of experience and deep knowledge about the area and the home buying process. We selected him after a conversation at an open house where it was obvious he has a level of professionalism and knowledge we look for in an agent. He helped us navigate the offer process which is much more intense here than in our previous home cities. He also followed through with emails, texts and phone calls to make sure we were comfortable. He helped us all the way through the rent-back period and was there in person for the key hand-off. We have been very happy we found Chris and we recommend using him as your agent.

We met Chris at an open house that he was hosting in the San Jose area and were very impressed from the get go. We were pretty frustrated with our previous realtor and were looking for representation as first time home buyers. We later had a follow up meeting with Chris to discuss our home search expectations and were feeling optimistic. We found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable about the pockets we were interested in, was super accommodating when it came to showings and he worked around the clock for us. In about a month from when we met, we ended up having an offer accepted on a house, below list price. Chris provided incredible support through every step of the closing process to educate us. He is not pushy, will help formulate a workable strategy that you're comfortable with and will position you for success. He also has a great temperament (must have because things can go unplanned several times), is detail oriented, super hardworking and has lots of experience. I would highly recommend Chris if you're looking for representation to buy or sell a home.
