Had a peel for the first time and was surprised by the outcome. Very relaxing experience and Itzi explained the full procedure as she did the peel. After, she explained with detail the after care so I felt confident when I left. My face feels and looks really nice.

Student review. I went to school here to become an esthetician. I don’t recommend this program for incoming esties. They are constantly over shadowed by cosmos. You are treated like you are the businesses side hustle. The owners put all of their focus on cosmos and estheticians are left with little resources. The school itself is a hot mess. I paid the school to sign me up for state board and they never sent in my transcripts. Their Financial aid office failed to tell me I would need to pay $250 a month to attend classes there which I didn’t know about or I wouldn’t have done the program because I didn’t have that kind of money at that time. I finally finished with all my hours done and flying colors. I call them again to have them send me my paperwork so I can sign up to take my boards. Three times. I’ve called them THREE times and no one has sent me anything. Let alone when I called they tried to tell me I didn’t pass and I didn’t finish all of my units. Just run. Don’t go here for esthetics.

I went in for a hair cut and showed the student and instructor pictures and literally have this convo:me: "need volume at the crown of my head and if its possible with my hair?Instructor: sure.me: OK, can you also demo to me how to blow dry at the crown to get this volume like the pics I showed?Instructor: sure.The student took me to shampoo my hair. Then she calls the instructor and the instructor then proceeds to cut my hair and then asks the student to blow dry and says "after blow dry, we will see if we need to make adjustments".The student starts to blow dry my hair by tugging at other stands, says she is tired, its been a long day, yawns on me and all through this I am smiling and going with the flow although the student pulled out stands of my hair blow drying!!After blow dry, the instructor comes and says its closing time and here is the kicker, she RUDELY says "We have received negative feedback from the student and we are refusing to provide further services". I am gobsmacked, confused, embarrassed! I had no idea what I did and now I have choppy hair cut with 2 horizontal lines at the back! Forget the haircut i showed in pics or the demo!I am then taken to the counter and the girl at the checkout rudely proceeds to tell me to pay up and not come back all while snickering at me. IT WAS SO EMBARRASSING! When i asked her what I did, she called the instructor and instructor rudely started from giving me reasons from my hair quality, to my apparent behavior with the student; she started jumping from one reason to another.If my hair quality was bad why did she even start. if it was closing time, why did she start in the first place? Then she threatens me to call security!!!What is going on at this place?? RUDE RUDE RUDE instructor, checkout girl! Lying students! I had to shell out money for an choppy haircut and asked her: "is this discrimination?". She deniied but thats the only thing I can conclude from looking at other reviews. Seems this is a common theme with this place! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND BUYER BEWARE! If you are a person of color/south-asian, expect discrimination! Also going to report to BBO cause nobody should be made to feel "less than" and be threatened based on my skin color!

The first time I had my hair done by Claudia at TSPA Beauty School. I was very impressed by her skills and recommendation of my hair since I wanted to change hair color also my hair was very damaged and is thin. Claudia did an amazing job by carefully applying the type of bleach and how long to leave it on. Since day one I been getting compliments and even people asking me who did my hair and where. Since having my hair done by Claudia I have embraced my wavy hair and I get more compliments. Claudia soon will be finishing her beauty school. I can't wait for her to have her own salon because I will continue to have Claudia to do my hair. Thank you much Claudia for taking the time and careful taking care of my hair. Very unprofessional, RUDE, pathetic service. The head instructor was so so RUDE, I haven’t came across such a rude service provider in my entire life. One of the hair consultants did a patch test on my hair strands to check if my hairs have sufficient strength to be suited for color or not and confirmed that there is no charge for this patch test as they want to make sure its not going to harm my hairs if hairs are weak and its a free patch test. They literally put a solution on very small patch.Once this test was done, we were at payment counter for the payment of men's haircut for my husband who got a cut which was also pathetic.This head instructor lady came and charged $15 and added that along with men’ haircut. When I asked about this charge, she rudely told me that it is for the bleach on your hair. I showed her the hair and informed her that I was told by their hair consultant it's just a patch test with no fee as there is no service, she started screaming and shouting. She literally misbehaved by saying stuff like I am the head, no matter what other hair consultant told you, we will charge you. Don’t ever come to my salon and all. She could have told same thing in a good way but she just was frustrated for no reason and got all that frustration on me by shouting and screaming.Very very unprofessional and RUDE.We didn’t wanted to get involve with this lady who was just so rude and unprofessional so we ended up paying those extra $15 for that patch test which literally involved only like 10 hair strands that too just 2 inch.Its not about money but its about how they treat a customer. So RUDE and Ridiculous behavior by the head instructor.My husband got haircut which turned out to be a complete disaster. Whatever photo you show doesn’t matter. They are going to make a mess with you hair.If anyone has this branch management email, please do share, I would like to provide the feedback about this incident.

Really happy with my haircut by Svitlana (Lana)! I have a lot of thick, long hair, which many stylist struggle with. Svitlana took her time to make sure the cut was even, and exactly what I asked for, she took her teachers advice well on what methods to use to cut the hair too. Plus, the price was great. $23 for the hair cut + $10 for hair curling.

tl;dr: Poor communication about expectations on the phone, was unable to get what I wanted and there was absolutely no compromise. Still got a haircut and that experience alone was fine. Well worth the price and everyone was kind to me. Would recommend going for a consultation if you want anything more complicated than a haircut.I had scheduled about a week and a half prior for a haircut, global bleach, and fashion color/mermaid (as listed on their website). I asked how long the appointment would take and the receptionist asked what color my hair was. I said it was a very dark black and she said that it would likely take all day. I was fine with that and scheduled my appointment for a weekend.I got there 5 minutes early for my appointment and filled out the paper work and sat down to wait for my name to be called. I waited for about 10 minutes ( seeing people come in after me be seen before me) and asked the receptionist how much longer it would take. I was seen soon after.When I showed my stylist the color I wanted (a pink ombre) she said she would have to ask her instructor. I was fully expecting to be there all day and to also need to schedule a follow-up the next week. However, I was told that it was going to be impossible to do due to how dark my hair was and if I wanted to I could reschedule for a Tuesday or Thursday. The instructor said that she would not have her students or the salon school give subpar service and that absolutely nothing could be done if I wanted that. She offered to recommend a salon that could take me "today" but that was all she could offer. She told me they usually recommend consultations for situations like this, which is not something the receptionist offered to me when I was making my appointment. I'm an easy crier and this conversation made me very upset because it seemed like there was absolutely no compromise. Either I do it their way or I don't do it at all. I'm not proud that I cried and I do want to give kudos to everyone there for not being rude to me for crying.I ended up getting my hair cut there anyway because I had already scheduled an appointment and cleared my calendar to be there. The three stars are because the haircut came out nicely and the stylist who was cutting my hair was perfectly kind and professional to me despite my crying and arguing with her instructor about the color.I ended up getting the name of the salon recommended and they have yet to respond to my inquiry.I wanted to get my hair done for a trip and if I knew I had to come in on a Tuesday or a Thursday I would have tried to arrange time to make it, but now it's too late. I wish the receptionists were more aware of what the students in the salon can and can't do in the time allotted, or that they would ask for assistance if someone seems to have a lengthy/complicated situation.

Horrendous service. I got the same service for the second time and somehow they decided to charge me over $60 extra and justified it by saying that its a different service. My hair length did not even change. I simply told them that it should have been communicated if the same service was going to be charged that much more the second time around and they seem to take offense to that. On top of that, when it came to payment, there were 3 different employees surrounding me demanding me to pay. Even as I was leaving after paying, some blonde lady was taunting me by telling the front desk person "you did a great job at handling that situation." Such an awkward experience! They also told me its less than how much I would pay at a real salon but at a REAL salon, I would not be sitting for 6 hours and my hair would be much better blended.

This salon uses some of the poorest quality products. Literally a year later after having my hair highlighted here, my hair is still trying to recover from the damage. I would never in a million years recommend anyone get their hair done here. I have very fine thinning hair and this made my thinning 1000x worse.

Made an appt showed up 10 min late and waited 15 min for the receptionist to come out and they cancelled my appt. I took time off work for a 3 hr appt now. So unprofessional. How was the appointment supposed to start at 12 when there was no one there to check me in.

My experience was amazing. Was my first time going, was scheduled for a facial with Destiny and it was so relaxing. You could tell she really knew what she was doing and took amazing good care of me. Was worried because I have really sensitive skin and that my skin would react after, but Destiny took that into consideration and my skin felt better than ever with no allergic reaction. Will definitely be scheduling with her again :)

I went in for a consultation and was totally stressed out by the instructor who was talking super fast and didn't try to find a solution for what I wanted but immediately tried to say she couldn't help me and that I should go somewhere else. All the students started standing around watching her talk to me this way. It was humiliating! I will never go back. It's such a shame because I used to actually attend that school many many years ago when it was Westgate Beauty College.

Amazing service! I received beyond a 5 star service!!! I was a walk in customer, and not something I had planned to do. More of a spontaneous idea. We'll I got put with a female by the name of Destiny for a facial service. I've had many facials before and have paid up to $350 for facial services but yet none have compared to the facial service I received by Destiny. From the moment she introduced herself to speaking to me about my immediate concerns and long term needs with my skin, to the relaxation I felt during my service, to walking me out and most of all how my skin feels and looks even a week later. The time she took to actually listen to me and the recommendations she gave me for at home care really showed me that she was listening to me and invested in my needs. I'ts not often these days where the service industry shows such a genuine passion and provides impeccable customer service. Im without a doubt Booking a future appointment and requesting Destiny and you should do so to.
