Perfect location as i could walk to Santana Row within 20 min (less than a mile away). Free parking, room 227 looked fresh (new or recently renovated?), good soundproofing. Nearby 7-11, and ethnic eateries (Ethiopian, Middle Eastern, Latin American).

Not upscale but perfect for getting around the whole area. In an average part of town thats why i gave it a 3. Adequate breakfast fare. The rooms streetside were quiet. Parking safe, free, and off street protected.

back in the day this place was awesome but nowadays not so much they switched to an auto mated check in and the person who works there never to be foundRooms: rooms are clean always and they got jacuzzi tubs.. plus plus it's literally 3 blocks from the world famous Santana row and valley fair
