I showed up on a Saturday around 8:15. Business was surprisingly slow and I was able to get my blood drawn and be out the door in about 30 minutes. I asked one of the ladies working why it was slow (I've been here when it's really busy) and she said things tend to slow down in the winter.

Just took my grandson to bio reference lab lads at front desk very friendly and welcoming. We had bad experience at Sunnyvale bio reference with blood draw with my grandson she was reassuring if she was unable to get grandson burn she would let us know . We had no problem she was amazing highly recommend this location I give a 10 stars if possible

Dirty place for a laboratory and costumer service definitely not good .Bathroom out of seat covers and when you asked for seat covers the asian ladys were very rude about it saying they don't have some no more on a very rude way

No one picks up the phone if you need to call them to ask a question about appointment and such.Their customer service team doesn't have direct phone line access to call them too!What kind of miscommunication, is this??

I was told by my daughters pediatrician that she had to do some lab work for her 15 months . I came in with no appointment and was waiting for almost an hour I go in lady states we (me and dad )have to hold the babies arm so she can withdraw blood we are like okay . She attempted to take blood the needle got the vein but she didn't release the wrap so the blood wasn't flowing and she took it out . Next attempt she pokes my daughters second arm and can't locate the vein . She continues to take it out and state they have a 2 poke policy and they can't do it anymore . I called my daughter pediatrician and let them know they inform me they have home services I can ask for the number and the first guy rudely says i don't know ask the other lady she'll tell you then the lady comes out and she goes rudely " I don't work in that department I don't know " she then tells me I can call a number on the wall . I call today and I'm told they don't do home calls that I have to have my daughters doctor request it . Place is non equipped to withdraw blood with infants and toddlers obviously. They are short staff and seem like they don't care to do a proper job . Would not recommend this place save your babies the pain

I don't know what happened to this place. A few years ago it used to be a pretty decent experience going here even though it's located in a dirty little plaza behind a restaurant. Now they are apparently understaffed and can't keep up with the steady stream of customers coming in, some with and some without appointments. There was a sign in sheet but nobody was minding the front desk. The waiting room was packed. I waited half an hour past my appointment time to do blood and urine tests. I had to interrupt the technician who came out to the front to ask how much longer it would be, and then he took me to the back for my tests. After the blood test I stood in line for the one bathroom, which was FILTHY. I mean, the health department should be informed. The small cabinet we were told to place the samples in was so full you could hardly avoid touching other peoples samples. I couldn't wait to get home to change my clothes and even threw my shoes into the laundry. This place is just gross. I only gave an extra star because the technician was good at his job.

I came here with my 3 month old baby. We had to take a blood test. they pierced 4 holes, two on the ankles, one on the elbow and one on the heel. they could not collect blood. after 4 holes they said that their needles are too thick and not suitable for a baby! why didn't they say it before ???? why did the poor child have to make 4 holes???

Great place and great staff! for my first time getting blood drawn I had one of the best experiences ever. I’d recommend filling out everything online to be in and out of there quick!

I came here to get my blood draw since it was the closest out of all the places i was referred to, if only i knew the thr spot was small and there was only 2 people working, so we had to wait for a while.

A place where they require a mask but they only have one pen for all the patients without sanitizing em smfh lady in the front desk is a joke places like this make San José even worse

This place is beyond trash..they don’t acknowledge you..leave you there in the waiting room like your nothing..nobody at the front desk to help..there was no staff to even greet you.made me waste my time I left I will not be seen here ever again I’ll travel far at this point .to get better service..a simple hello how are you doing please sign in.

If I could give them zero, I would. I went to This location to do blood work, and they were awful and so unprofessional. The nurse poked me with the needle three times and couldn't get my blood. The third time, my blood was everywhere, on the table, on the floor. I felt they are torturing me. I asked to send someone else to do my blood work. The other nurse was able to get blood from me but with a really bad pain and my hand got swollen because she had to do it on my wrist. It was the most painful experience I ever had of blood work. They tortured me. I have bruises all over my arms. Not recommended to go to this location.
