What can I not say about this place. The coaches are amazing, educated, and motivating. The breath of their approach is nothing like you'll experience at another place. The coaches and fellow members have become friends. The Feild is for anyone at any level. All are welcome and encouraged. The group approach is nice as it adds another level of motivation. The coaches provide you with the foundation and expertise to maximize your results. You can go at whatever pace you're comfortable with. I highly recommend you join the family. I do most of my classes remotely. However, nothing replaces being there in person.

Has been to field fitness since Sep 2022. It is definitely my best investment in 2022. (Unlimited member here)Here is the few accomplishments:1. Fix my rounding back2. My Tenosynovitis get much better with the training here3. My shoulder imbalance get much better after half year trainingJosh, Justin and Sabrina are very patient trainers and give very professional suggestion. Especially on guiding me to resolve previous issues. They have physical therapy degrees that is why their suggestions are much helpful.Will definitely recommend you give it a try(with their 1 free week program).

I’ve been coming to the Field for about a year now and I have nothing but good things to say. The instructors are well informed and very meticulous about form. The space is well maintained and has equipment for everyone. The community is fun and inspiring and I’ve made so many friends here! Highly recommend if you’re a beginner like me and want to learn good form and get in shape!

My favorite people and community. Coach Josh + Justin + Sabrina kick my a** every workout and are truly the best. They have a welcoming, tight knit community here and they made me enjoy working out after all these years just going to a gym. They really have something special here, so if you're at all interested, take a class! Oh and don't miss out on their holiday parties and karaoke sessions. Josh, if this gig doesn't work out, there's always broadway for you and I mean Justin's a pro already, enough said. Seriously though, they're the best.

Throughout my 20s and now my 30s (I'm 31 right now) I've tried different fitness programs and activities including different sports. Field Fitness beats them all! It's a perfect combination of intensity, strength, cardio, endurance, and toning exercises for the body. Coach Josh and Coach Justin through their diverse workouts and knowledge make these workouts tailored to each individual from beginner to advanced. I've definitely observed positive changes in my body and health especially since I've had injuries before. Plus these classes are super fun!!

I had a great class today with Josh. We were only 10 people each with our own space and equipment. The exercises were fun and challenging but Josh was an expert at adapting the exercises to different levels of fitness. These guys know what they are doing, and will help you reach your fitness goals safely and injury free! Whether you're looking to get started on your fitness journey, or you are an experienced fitness aficionado looking to take your performance to the next level, this place is for you! I work as a sports and orthopedic physical therapist and I will happily recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Just try it. Seriously. If you are nearby and have been thinking about improving your fitness and enjoy working out with other people - this is the place!There is so much to love. #1 First week free trial. I made the most of it and came in almost every day they had class. Coach Justin made me feel right at home welcoming me into his class. There was never any pressure to sign up after the free trial. #2 Small class sizes. Max of 8-10. Initially I was a little worried with COVID still about but seeing how they clearly outline workout spaces for each person made me feel comfortable. You also are responsible for sanitizing your workout stations & equipment after each class. Everyone does it. #3 The coaches pay attention. The first few weeks are the hardest physically as your body gets used to the exercises but the coaches are so supportive. I've been to classes with all of them now (Justin, Josh, Sabrina) and I can say with certainty they all care and pay attention to your posture and positioning and do not want people getting injured. This is very reassuring if you are like me and never really used weights before. They will correct you if they see you are not using the correct form or doing the exercises correctly. #4 Community and good vibes energy. Many people who come to this gym have been with them since the beginning. It's a community. How active you want to be in it is up to you, but every class you will feel the positive, friendly energy in the room. It's not a competitive, hardcore place. They are serious about fitness but also relaxed and fun. It's a good mix for people who want to workout but don't like coaches yelling at them and blaring loud music to pump the energy in the room. At the end of the day, your health & fitness is your journey but if you are looking to be around good people who are similarly motivated and will encourage accountability, this is the place. Seriously, just try it.

Coach Josh + Coach Justin are great! I was looking around for a bootcamp class as my new desk job had me moving less and gaining weight. After looking around for a bit, I decided to try them out because they were close to home and have a small group size for each class (max of 8 ppl). Definitely a benefit as they're able to give you more individual attention + form correction vs. a corporate business. Josh has also been giving me homework to increase my flexibility + keeping me accountable on my diet. Exactly what I was looking for. 5 stars all around

I just visited this gym for first time, and had arguably the best workout of my life with Josh’s coaching. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, personalized, AND effective workout.

Honestly, this is the BEST workout bootcamp experience that I have ever had. Also, it doesn't hurt that I see three 5-star reviews from people I know personally who have been here as well, LOL! I was referred to check out this location from my best friend and I was curious to check out their 7-day free trial and was able to make it in for a total of three different classes. Yuan made it super easy to sign up for their classes through text and I love how this business wasn't trying to "upsell" or "rope" me into anything, but simply appreciated my initial interest. Now THIS is how you do business with clients. Justin was my trainer for each class and he is down-to-earth, hilarious, and professional. With Field Fitness, I love how the instructors are very engaging with each attendee and help fix your form/posture throughout the entire class. You can tell that this business genuinely cares about their relationship with each of their clients and I get such a welcoming, supportive vibe whenever I walk through their doors. Every time that I go to The Field Fitness, I know I leave happier and stronger. Each class was very different and challenging and I absolutely love how it never gets boring - plus, their music playlist is literally the BEST (I wish I could Shazam all of the songs, haha). This place honestly deserves over 5 stars and even though I don't live in the Bay Area, I'll definitely be purchasing their single class tickets whenever I'm visiting my friends and family in the area :) Thank you Justin for an amazing experience at The Field Fitness and I hope I get the chance to meet the other instructors as well (which I heard were just as amazing!).

I just want to start off this review by saying I used to hate working out, I have never stuck with a personal trainer or a gym for more than 2 weeks in my life so this review should say a lot. I signed up for personal training at The Field about 3 months ago because I really wanted to start getting into the habit of working out consistently. Knowing I get lazy about even getting out of my house to go to the gym, I just picked the closest place I could find from my place which happened to be the best decision (major thanks to Yelp reviews). After 3 months, I have to say that Justin and Josh are super awesome. They actually make me enjoy coming into the gym and they have a lot of knowledge. Whenever I ask any questions about my diet or different workouts they always have extensive explanations to help me really understand what I'm doing. Also, they are super funny and goofy when they don't have to be serious so that's another plus The fact that I'm still here after 3 months means that somebody (aka Justin) finally got me into a habit of working out which is a huge deal! So thank you Justin!! I think I'm finally going to get my abs at The Field

A great place to get high intensity and strength toning workouts. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and fun coaches. Offered virtual classes during the shutdown, and they are still an option. Has safely reopened with individual workout stations, masking, hand sanitizers, etc. It's gresat to be able to workout in person and feel safe.

I joined a couple months ago and really enjoyed the classes right away. Pros: - Fun classes, with different variations to each exercise - Individual workout stations spaced out from others (masks are always on) - Music is good and they take suggestions from members - We clean our equipment and stations after each class - The coaches are helpful and funny. I laugh out loud many times each class - They know each person's goals and help you obtain them - We warm up and stretch before and after each class

I have been in the Field Fitness since June 2021. I really like this place! It has a small size of class, a maximum of 8 spots only. There are separation of each exercising space. Each class is one hour long including high intensity and toning workout. After the class, all the exercise equipments will be wiped and cleaned. I enjoy my time in the Field Fitness!

Finding this gym 3 months ago is the best decision I made during the pandemic. Within 1 week, I'm already on the monthly unlimited plan. Coach Justin and Coach Josh are really fantastic people. They know their stuff, always have classes planned, and have built up an amazing community that I draw support from. Each class is limited to 8 people, each person having their own station always ready with dumbbells, TRX, resistance bands, BOSU ball, kettlebells, mat, and many more. We always have warmup and cool-down stretch. And your fellow peeps are great people, always mask on inside and without prompting, we always wipe down our equipment after use.
