This groomer came highly recommended by a friend. But... they apparently pic and choose who and how they perform.. I won't be going there. First impressions are important... what is allowed for one client and not allowed for next doesn't work for me.

Although it may be hard to find with the construction in the area, this place is on point. Lisa did a beautiful job with my dog and I plan on going back to her. Great attitude and professionalism. And also a little bit of spunk with her rainbow colored hair!

Had an appointment for a grooming scheduled, the lady on the phone told me a specific groomer would be coming in and we were all booked. Showed up to appt- groomer didn't show up and the business was closed/locked. I tried calling many times, no answer. Called the next day again and complained that nobody showed up for my appointment. Nobody tried calling me or letting me know, and I drove all that way for nothing. I asked if I could get a new booking with a discount since I wasted hours of my day driving to a no show appt, they said they would see what they could do and call me back. Never got a call back, never got any communication or apology. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Hopefully they see this and reach out to amend the situation.

The staff are friendly and pleasant to work with. Cythia has been my dog’s groomer for the last couple of times. My dog’s coat grows out nicely and he smells great every time he comes back from The Dog Spot.

Service is going down. I have been taking my dog to this place for longtime. However my past 3 visits our experience is very bad. Sometimes uneven grooming, sometime messed up tail, once messed up ear, never done the nails properly

I have been taking my dog here for about a year and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! They are very nice, professional and always do such a great job giving my dog a fresh clean cut!

Friendly staff and they were very knowledgeable about what type of trim is best for my golden. Their prices are reasonable compared with other groomers around my area. My golden was happy and he looked great.

They shaved my dog raw...twice. What made it worse was that they never said anything when I picked him up.

I brought my Australian Shepherd in for a groom. He was badly in need of one! He came back to me beautifully groomed and brushed out. She trimmed him up but didn't do an all -over cut so he still looked his breed. :-) Lisa (I think that was her name) did a great job and I really appreciated that she walked me through what she had done when I came to pick him up.

Love the way they treat the doggies and I love that my dog gets excited when he goes there. Definitely recommend! Spa day!
