I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received at your establishment. Jay, in particular, demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, respect, kindness, and patience throughout my interaction with him.
In contrast to my experience at other establishments, where I felt pressured to make an immediate purchase at an inflated cost, Jay and the Diamond Ring Company team presented me with a similar ring at a significantly reduced price. The quality and beauty of the ring were truly impressive.

I highly recommend the diamond ring company. They are honest and they will always help you find what you need to fit your budget and we always ended up very happy. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years me and my family and they always stand behind there jewelry even when you come in to have something clean or fixed, they treat you the same way like they did when you came in the first time you made your purchase. Jay took a lot of pride and compassion in his work as you could see in his jewelry pieces. My suggestion to anyone looking for quality jewelry and price. Please see Jay and all his staff before looking elsewhere all of them are very nice and knowledgeable. My wife and I will return back soon for more jewelry.

May was SO helpful. Such a sweet filipina lady! I walked out with a diamond cut 21k gold necklace. Jay also helped me out. He gave me a good deal, and I'll definitely be coming back for more jewelry here. May & Jay's customer service was a 10/10. Such a good experience.

We have been coming to the diamond ring company for years. This weekend. we realized that my prongs on my wedding ring were disintegrating so we took it in to get the gold replaced on the prongs, the warranty on the ring is still active and I wasn't charged for that because we bought the ring there many years ago,we only paid the cost of the gold to fix the prongs- we also chose to dip in rhodium, I like to take advantage of the yearly dipping my ring was ready the next day, if not even the day of and when I got it back, it was absolutely stunning, just like brand new again! We really like this place and we continue to go back for all our jewelry needs!

These people are a whole scam. We purchased my ring here over a year ago. We were urged to purchase the warranty as we were told that it would come in handy should the diamonds ever become loose or fall out. GREAT! Sold! Since, I have been here 6+ times to have the diamonds in my ring replaced as they keep popping out. After the last time I had to drop my ring off for diamond replacement, no less than a week later diamonds were falling out again. Today I brought my ring in as (5) larger/main diamonds have fallen out of my ring. Mohab told me despite purchasing the warranty, we would have to pay over $200 to repair my ring as the prongs for the diamonds were lose/broken. He assured me that this was in no way related to the multiple times the ring has had to be fixed over the last year and said he "checked" yet could not provide any sort of paperwork showing which diamonds were and weren't replaced previously. He advised that we don't have to pay for labor, only the gold that is used to repair the prongs. However in that same breath, he showed me where a previous prong was repaired using gold. I wasn't charged for that, so why am I being charged now? Mohab, you are inconsistent. I will be escalating this complaint.
