He was definitely very rude, and too much resistance was an unpleasant experience since I asked for help for a service and he wanted to do something else, I repeatedly told him what I needed and he didn't want to do it, very rude

I asked that they only give me the battery and I wanted to do a check on my truck. I kept repeating that it only took up the battery. He said that he didn't care about that and it was better that a very RACIST person left. Went in on a Saturday past noon, not sure if it was because a little bit of rain & cold, or just cause I got lucky & it was 45mins to get my oil change & the nice older man told me that's my timing & he was correct. I know they give you an estimate but, I know customers are happy when they don't have to wait any longer if their told a time. He was also very friendly when I arrived, gave me some price quotes on reg or synthetic oil & suggested I go w/reg, cause it was cheaper & it works the same way, so Why Not! Located in a little plaza w/a laundry mat, lots of parking & if you have to wait any longer, you have a few places around to go & get something to eat, then return to pickup your car.

Dont go here if you have bmw. The fat guy charged me 1200 for a radiator replacement in my 99 323. He took a big sigh and said beemer huh i hate these cars. Kept my car for 3 days and the ripped me off. Im not car savvy im pretty sure he picked up on it. Found a minth later how much radiators actually cost. Dont go here. He didnt use bmw parts either. Rip off.

I needed a heater hose repaired, Richard gave me two options, got the work done quickly and professionally that day. I was so happy I decided to get my oil changed and they did a full fluids and air pressure check as well. Always good to get a good price and good service.

The people here are too kind. I came in to get my brake lights changed & I know it's not extremely difficult but it does take time and for my specific car you need to actually use a screwdriver. When I asked how much after he finished replacing my brake light, he said "free, just remember us the next time you need something." It surprised me so much because the last time I had it changed somewhere else the guy charged me so this just warms my heart. I will definitely be back when my car needs something done!

I came in at an inconvenient time needing a second opinion and Richard kindly took the time to help me AND went the extra mile adding air in my tires and refilling my fluids. He informs you on what is needed and won't hit you with surprise charges. The customer service is great!

I would not really recommend this place to anyone. Any service company out there should have at least a little costumer service. Not sure why they are still up and running. The guy there was not working on any car, still he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. My questions were simple and basic, not sure why he was so grumpy. Maybe he was just having a bad day. He was not able to help me or answer any questions. I was already there with a car that wouldn't turn on so, I had to find some other place and pay a tow truck. ( his recommendation ) yeap... lol. I still think he might have pulled a joke on me. Anyway, you guys decide for your selves. Thanks!
