I would highly recommend that you go with Tera Real Estate. Triet Nguyen is great in my opinion whether you want to buy,sell,or refinance your home. He has an abundance of knowledge within the real estate industry. He helped to sell my home by also going over asking price. The transaction went through really smooth. No hassle and stress free. I had an opportunity to work with Tera Real Estate twice. First, the office was able to secure a loan for our rental home prior to COVID pandemic for a great rate. On the second time, in 2021 the team assisted us in purchasing another rental home in the North Valley area. Strongly recommend Tera Real Estate for home loan as well as selling/buy a home.

We go way back with Triet and team. I can't tell you how many times we have refinanced with the Tera team, but it has been many. Going back to 2001 and 2002. We have known Triet and Ann for roughly 18 years. Triet represented us to buy our current house in Fremont in 2005. Our 2 kids at the time, now are about to graduate from college and high school respectively. Ann would be handling our loan and refinancing multiple times. If I have some questions related to real estate, I would call either Triet or Ann to get their perspectives.
