Wish i could give a zero star, Came in Saturday October 21 and Employees were chatting about the weekend and dating, was not helped and barely greeted -genuinely don't think they knew a customer was in store! One employee told me his name was Paul ,was visibly STONED AND SMELLED LIKE POT as he approached me. When I said I'd ask for his assistance he went to a corner "steaming" but was in his phone. Didn't have any sizes for anything I wanted and everything was over $100 and polyester. One employee with salt and pepper grey hair was on her phone chatting about life and personal things not work or store appropriate. WILL NEVER BE BACK ! IN DESPERATE NEED OF NEW EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT

I went to this store today to get the magnetic tag off from a shirt that I purchased from Bellevue, Washington while I was visiting there. I live in the bay area, California.Upon entering the store, I described the history of the purchase, and offered to provide the Tag and the credit card used for the purchase. Nevertheless, I was asked for the receipt (with suspicion) which I didn't have on me. I said here is the Tag and the credit card and they can confirm the purchase with Bellevue, Washington Ted Baker store.The conversation then pivoted to that they do not have the machine to remove the tag and I should take it other store.I was advised to roam around Santana Row or Westfield Valley fair mall to check if any store can remove it for me. This was so apathetic response. I told them that I bought this shirt from "Ted Baker", why would I go to a random store who didn't sell the shirt to me to get the tag removed?All I got in response was "sorry" we can't help you and here is the customer care number I can call.I then called the customer care number and the representative showed no care either other than offering plain "sorry". I was told to take it to other Ted Baker store, Bloomingdales, or go to the original store.This is one of the worst customer service I have seen from a clothing brand.Ted Baker, I am really disappointed in your brand representation in this store and the customer representative who talked me on the phone.It is Ted Baker responsibility to offer the service required for the price paid. They should not be telling people to drive around to random stores to get it fixed. Ted Baker should have taken responsibility of their poor service at the time of purchase and must have offered better customer service than they provided.

Wish I had not purchased and read some of the reviews below - especially about their return/ refund policy. They outright refused to refund since its a 14-day return instead of the standard 30-day everywhere else! I had the receipt. The person at the counter wanted to see the credit card used for payment for providing me store credit when she was not refunding any amount to my card! Oh! These clothes are expensive and the store credit is printed in a similar slip like your bill - which you might lose soon enough and it can only be redeemed in the store and not on the online website ! Most inconvenient business transaction.For an international brand operating in Santana Row, I expected more. Disappointed doesn't cut it.

I love the official clothes of this brand. Their service is good. Usually at the sale time, I buy beautiful outfits from this store.

I have returned an item and have not received a refund. The tracking ID indicates they have received the item back. I've emailed them several times and have not had any response. I've also called but nobody's answering the phone. A huge disappointment for a luxury brand like them.

Ted Baker Santana Row has some great products to offer lately. Love the sales. Jenna in particular at this location was super attentive and had some great suggestions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured and enjoyed the time shopping w/ my wife.

The Asian guy at the counter was a compete A hole. I was standing in line to purchase and instead of helping me, he asked me why I was standing there in a very rude manner? It did not make sense coz I had been standing in line for the last 10 min holding a shirt to purchase. I love Ted baker and have been a long time customer but the service at the Santana row sucks and I will not be going back there.

Poor customer service. The person at the checkout counter was being rude to my wife while she was waiting in line to make a purchase. I confronted him later and he didn't apologize.

Decent store space (clothes aren’t crammed in!) with a relatively decent range of TB clothing for both men and women. I have found this store to be really helpful with placing orders for home delivery and for processing returns of my online orders. On quieter days the staff have been pleasantly chatty too, which was warm and welcoming.

Today I had the pleasure of shopping at Santana Row location and liked the options there . Then came my interaction with AJ. Not only did he claim he didn't know how to wrap bad with tissue and put the items in a bag, but his overall attitude left us wondering who is training these customer facing staff. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Thanks AJ

This is awful… i drove 15 miles to get something exchanged since they didnt send right size and store at santana row is closed in the middle of the day at 3pm. When it shows on google that store closes at 7pm. Such poor service..

I ordered a dress from TedBaker.com on 7/9/21. It was a size too small. I requested and exchange and sent the original purchase back, which was received at their facility on 7/19/21. I have received NO communication regarding my return or my exchange since then, despite countless calls and emails to customer service. It has now been 27 days since my original purchase and 17 days since they received my return.

Stopped by yesterday to get a pink shirt for Los Gatos' weekly rosè stroll and found a lot of options! The staff was VERY helpful and kind.
