this place is a literal shit show. I called before going in asking if i can make an appointment for an oil change, they don't do appointments only walk ins, which i didn't mind because im near by. So i headed over there waited for the worker as he was with another client. He came up to me and asked what i needed it and i said an oil change and he said he's busy and has a lot of things to do (his words exactly) so then i said you dont take appointments only walk ins and im here and your telling me your busy? Little old guy with the glasses was so rude and disrespectful. not to mention he was changing $120 for an oil change. Let me save you guys the trouble and go check out AM Automotive on old bayshore Hwy $80 for an oil change and wayyyyyy better customer service.

Brought my 4Runner in for an oil change and 100,000 mile service. The price was on par with other garages and the mechanic was very friendly and helpful. He made some recommendations, but didn't try to push me into anything. This is a small garage and seems like there is only one mechanic, so I suggest you call ahead to see when he can take you. I called on Tuesday and he said he could fit me in Thursday or Friday, so not bad at all. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because this garage isn't open past 5pm or on weekends. I understand that, if he is the only mechanic, but these hours may make it tough for a lot of potential customers. Over all, my experience was good and I will be coming back.

Tony is an amazing mechanic and an even better human being. I have been coming to him for almost ten years and I always find him to be honest and straightforward. Exactly what you want in a good mechanic. I can't recommend him enough!

Owner is very rude, and loves to price gouge. 2000 for changing brake pads? Likes to think he is the only service shop in the area. Will be reccomending to people to go anywhere but here

I highly recommend Taylor Automotive! After several attempts of taking my vehicle, a Buick Lucerne, to different mechanics and a local Buick dealership my vehicle was finally fixed. Long is the owner and a mechanic at the shop. Long not only listened to my description of the problems I was experiencing with my vehicle but also clarified with me to fully ensure that he understood what I needed help with. Throughout the process, he maintained constant communication, was thorough in his description of how he was identifying the problem, and charged a fair price. He identified that the problem was electrical as opposed to mechanical, which would require more time. I was fine with the amount of time it took to identify and address the problem. I appreciate the time and effort Long put into my vehicle. My vehicle now runs well, and I am highly satisfied with the results.

Brought my car this morning for smog check and Long says his machine is broken. His machine is broken just for me. Meanwhile he has three sign on the building saying smog check. Long refused to fix anything. He told me go somewhere else.
