Target is doing well for returns. CUSTOMER SERVICE is doing well. Personel at desk are so experienced and customer friendly.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Target location. I needed assistance to unlock the cabinet for a toothbrush head, but my repeated attempts to call for help using the provided button went unanswered. Frustrated, I approached a team member wearing a vest labeled "Guest Service."
Despite calling "excuse me" several times from behind him, he ignored me completely. When I finally caught up to him and waved in front of his face while saying "hello," he curtly responded, "I'm on my way to lunch," and walked away without offering any assistance.
I understand that employees have breaks, but the complete disregard for a customer's request for help was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This level of customer service is unacceptable and left me feeling incredibly frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope this feedback prompts the management to address such behavior and improve their service quality.

The service is terrible and the locker rooms remain closed, they do not provide solutions in cases of requesting help and they were discriminatory and racist, it is sad that this occurs in the 21st century

Want to be treated like a criminal. Come to this target. So sad that they have to just assume everyone is in here to steal. Won’t be returning.

Billing lady named Diana (very old lady) in counter 7 was extremely rude. As soon as I went to checkout she gave me a weird expression. She asked me whether I need a bag and I clearly said ‘Yes’. This lady didn’t hear it properly. After billing all the items I again reminded her that I need a bag. She said very in a rude tone that ‘I asked you in the beginning, if you need a bag and you said NO!!’ I politely said ‘I said yes’. She murmured that ‘you said No’ and grabbed a bag.
Please train her to behave properly with customers. Diana was extremely rude!

Its ok. It suck's that there has been a lot of stelling, that now they have to lock everything up. Is a pain in the butt having to wait for a employee to open the case

I needed to buy underwear but it was locked in a cage. I triggered the sensor but nobody came to help. Next time I need underwear I'm going to Amazon instead.

The $2.99 makeup wipes are now locked up. Waited nearly 10 mins for employee to show up then gave up. We saw lots of employees but none of them had a key. Ridiculous.

This review is only for the Starbucks inside of this Target. If it was solely for target I would leave 2 stars . The people who work at this Starbucks are some of the kindest people ever . There is a Starbucks store right across from this target but we go the extra mile to get our coffee at this target Starbucks because of the nice baristas here . Especially Mary, who is always interested , positive and goes out of her way to get your drink right . If this world had more folks like Mary, we'd all be better for it .

Fairly clean store. Organized and staff were pretty friendly. No complaints. The self service stations however were closed and they have been closed for about.month. not sure what is going on with that
