Stores ok unless you need items that are locked up. Rang for assistance multiple times and no employee ever showed up to unlock the case

Bought a $3 bottle of Target brand soap (ever spring) and the pop up dispenser was broken. Took it back and they made a big deal out of it, wouldn't let me exchange without a receipt. I bought it on Instacart and showed the clerk the transaction. She then wanted to refund me and have me purchase again. Why would I do this to exchange the same product for one that works? She then wanted to collect my driver's license info, etc. 30 minutes out of my life gone. This store is the absolute worst.

I am very upset with the quality of targets girls clothing. I have a 12 year old who doesn’t like crop tops or weird cuts, but target didn’t have any regular shirts or clothing. I became very frustrated because all I wanted was a regular shirt, but target wasn’t able to do the bare minimum. Almost every shirt was limited to very girly colors and crop tops or low cuts. I never want to go back there, and I don't recommend other people going as well. I hope you find this review helpful.

It's a large Target store many people like Target versus the other big department/grocery store. I think that target may charge a bit more than the other place, but for me it is close by. You may be able to find most everything you need there. I will say though, they don't carry men's wallets. There is plenty of handicapped parking straight out the main entrance. The doors open automatically, so there may not be any push pad to open the door. I went in there looking for Bob's Red Mill egg replacer and did find that they carry it. For most grocery items and department store needs, you should be able to find what you need there.

I went to look for a iPhone cable for my CarPlay and Louis advised me that I was looking for something that they discontinued and gave me a wrong cord but I did not have a problem returning it 5 minutes after I purchased it and now my phone cable has not had a problem not connecting! Thank you to the customer service desk too 3/15/25

So here's the thing. You assholes made $29,676,000,000 last year. And you fuckers insist on locking up the LAUNDRY DETERGENT because of shoplifting??? Fuck off with this. Just FUCK OFF. You are fucking rich enough, shitheads.

Target has never been known for its speedy customer service, especially on weekends. Coleman Ave Target has done a few things to improve this. Self check out is 10 items or less, and there are 3 x the cashiers working on registers. Even though this target is literally 3 corners from my home, I drove to Santa Clara for months, because their store was clean in front, and the employees were attentive. Today there was an exceptional young man named Sage who was working in the return area. He was kind, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was curious why I didn't receive my $10.00 off of health and beauty products. I spent more than $40 on them. Apparently there are only certain health and beauty items that count towards the $40, and out of 14,347 items that count, some of the things I purchased did not. Can you believe Kleenex doesn't count? Not the ones I bought, whatever Ugh, it was a process to say the least to figure out. I'm pretty sure Sage knew what the issue was, but he showed me, item by item, in order to help me understand. He was very patient and kept a smile on his face throughout. I love Target and have been a customer since it opened on Hillside Ave more than 30 years ago. Today, on a busy Sunday morning, I felt encouraged, rather than just a body in a long, long line of bodies. Thanks to Sage. 5 stars for Sage!!

My return was handled quick and fast, but I went in for batteries, was told what aisle the batteries were at, but when I got there the batteries were behind blocked glass. Had to walk all the way back and that's the same person to send someone to unlock the glass case for the batteries. People standing around at the electronics counter register reading their phones and not using their brains to engage with customers in any meaningful way. Less than bare minimum service back there. Customer service and regular cash register service people are always very helpful however. At least the store still mostly clean and put together.

My recent experience at this Target honestly left a lot to be desired, particularly in terms of their customer service and the way they handle locked up items. Given this is College Park, you would think it's safe enough to handle the crowd. However, it was clear to me that that finding assistance would be an uphill battle. The employees seemed disinterested and unavailable, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. To make matters worse, several items that I needed were locked up behind glass cases or security devices. While I understand the need for store security, it was incredibly inconvenient to have to hunt down an employee just to access basic products. This not only wasted my time but also made me question whether or not I felt safe inside the store as well.Even when I did manage to find someone to assist me with unlocking these items, their attitude was less than helpful. It felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing a simple service that should be expected from any retail establishment. Furthermore, the checkout process was equally frustrating and disappointing. The cashier lacked basic customer service, making no effort to engage with customers or provide efficient service.Overall, my bad experience at this specifically Target has left me questioning whether I want to shop here again. Their customer service is severely lacking, with disinterested and unhelpful team members who seem more interested in avoiding customers than assisting them. Additionally, the locking up of items creates a lot of inconvenience for us as customers and raises concerns about trusting shoppers. I'm never coming back to this location ever again.

Store is dirty with trash right at entrance. Promos are wrongly labeled and nobody wants to help customers.

Me and my partner always have an issue with the man in the morning at the self check out, he likes to stare us down while we get our items. Going to Starbucks afterwards I noticed he doesn't do that to other people. It makes me uncomfortable having someone stare at me while I'm checking out. Just because someone looks a certain way doesn't man they are stealing. They need to train employees on customer etiquette.

This Target has become a dystopian nightmare. I’ve shopped here for years, but in the past 6 months things have gone downhill faster than I could have ever imagined. Half of the personal care items are locked up and it takes forever to get help. There is no logic behind what is locked up either (ex: store brand laundry detergent is behind the case while the fancy & expensive products more likely to be stolen are out on the end of the aisle). That change was bad enough, but now they have a ten item or less policy on self-checkout with a team member aggressively policing this. As a result there are long queues at the registers, of which only one or two are open. Perhaps, it would be a better use of manpower to open another register instead? It is no longer convenient to stop in and shop at this Target.Vote with your feet, if you can, go shop elsewhere until they fix these consumer-unfriendly policies.

Overrun by harassing tweezers, blatant theft at any time during the day, the employees have all given up at happiness. They don't even try to fake customer service. No one smiles, they ignore you. Because of the theft 80% of toiletries like shampoo and soaps are all locked up. And good luck getting help. And when someone comes to unlock it it's like you have forced them to come turn a key. They won't even say a word and literally sigh and tap there feet wanting you to hurt up. God forbid you point at the wrong item you want, then you've committed a mortal sin and they are going to hunt you down burn you at the steak. Customer service is dead. SJ has gotten so bad,it's just a cesspool of ignorant, self entitled, rude, hate.
