Service is very good at this store. I am extremely disappointed in T-Mobile after being a customer for almost 20 years. T-Mobile charged me just under 50% stocking fee on the full retail price of a tracker they were pretty much giving away. So disappointed!

I was able to hook up an old T-Mobile phone and get service without a lot of questions, very quickly.

Celia O. was awesome! She helped us activate our lines moving from AT&T. I first went to the E Capitol Expy and Humberto helped me, didn't explain the plan, didn't offer anything and just transferred our lines which didn't work, had no service, couldn't make calls or texts overnight for all 3 lines, they had us leave even before the service was working. I get that it's 2 hrs to closing and he probably has better things to do than assist customers who aren't purchasing new phones thru him so he just said you can go, should take 20 mins to activate, following day it still wasn't working, I almost left TMobile service immediately since the service doesn't work! Thank Goodness Celia helped us, explained everything that's included in the plan which Humberto couldn't be bothered to explain. She helped set everything up, including the autopay and even offered us great deals on the Apple Watch and phone protection. I am happy that all of my lines work now! Thank you so much Celia!

Ricky was super patient and kind towards my senior Asian parents trying to switch our family phone plan. My parents have poor English, but he took the time to all of their questions and reexplaining everything. I appreciate his hardwork

I got to the store 20 min before closing where Arely, Manager? told me that I have to come back tomorrow since there are 3 people ahead of me. I told her that I was willing to wait since my internet wasn't working and I drove 20 minuses to get there. She got upset and told me that she cannot help me tonight, but I decided to wait. At 8:05 there was no one waiting, and she came back and said, "as I told you before, I won't be able to help you since there is no manager to overwrite the exchange for the Gateway." I knew that was not accurate, and she was looking for some excuses to not help me. This was very sad and frustrating situation for me as a T-Mobile customer for over 7 years. I wish people like her did not work with customers since they are not willing to help them. I will try to reach her manager to make sure that I've done my part.

Love the Samsung products that I received from T-Mobile, but I am ultimately incredibly disappointed with the in-store service and how they honor (or refuse to honor) their promotional deals. The in-store clerks entirely contradicted what I was told upon signing on and receiving my initial products (tablet, phone, and watch) when I returned to the store to exchange the defective products. My issues were luckily resolved through online support; however, I do not believe I will be returning to this location voluntarily.

Some of the worst customer service and they seem to know it, but also don't seem to care. The miscommunication between the stores and online customer service was a major reason I left. Stuck with them because they gave me a moderate price but it never really seemed to work properly in my home or out and about. Would highly suggest anyone interested in T-Mobile continue searching for a better provider. Would not recommend.

i was a t-mobile customer before but left because i thought there was a technical issue. i decided to go back because i missed unlimited hot spot. they have a promotion where they will pay off your old phone and give you a new phone if you switch. the problem is all the fine print they dont tell you up front. they waited till i was signed up and had my number ported back to inform me that 1 they dont just pay it off they send you gift cards. 2 she gave me a web link i had to fill out to get the gift cards. when i went to the website my model wasnt on the list. 3. they dont just pay off your old phone they have to evaluate it and you get the amount they deem your phones value is. this a sneaky method when you left just a few months ago and there is a large ballance on your phone. they arent paying your phone off they are buying it back. and they dont tell you this till its too late to go back to your other service. this is fraud and misrepresentation. my ballance was almosy 600 dollars. my phone is an older model so they were never going to give me that much. but do not disclose these details up front they just tell you what you want to hear.

Employees here are rude and ghetto. They don’t know what customer service is. Avoid this location at all costs, they should shut this location down. Employees are incompetent.

Kevin and Jessica were both so patient, extremely helpful and very nice when my husband, new baby and myself came in to upgrade our phones. We have been long time Sprint customers and they both helped us with getting the exact new phones we wanted and transferring all of our information over as well. I know going from the old Sprint system to T-Mobile was not easy but they took their time and were very patient with us. I highly recommended asking for Kevin or Jessica next time you go in!

I called 20 stores to see if they had a particular phone in stock. Francisco was extremely helpful and informed me this phone wasn't available within a 100 mile radius. Highly recommend this store for their amazing customer service!
