I went to T-Mobile. I changed a new sim card. I was lucky and got services immediately. My problem was quickly resolved.

I ported my number to Mint Mobile and called to ensure that my T-Mobile account was closed out nearly 3 months ago. Today I got a call saying I owed money for a service that T-Mobile no longer provides me. This is also funny since I was enrolled in auto-pay and the funds would have been automatically deducted from my account. I went to the store to see what was going on and Jon and his staff were absolutely no help. This is not the first time that T-Mobile has pulled some scandalous activities, hence my reason for leaving the network. Get it together, y'all. I refuse to pay for something I have not received. Do yourself a favor and avoid this network and their shady dealings.

I came in with a disabled family member to check out phone line options with T-Mobile. Upon entering the store we were approached by Cesar who stopped us at the door after entering with a family member who is in a wheelchair. We wanted to look at phone options and the employee Cesar was very rude. He had a condescending tone and attitude. When I asked why there is not a button for handicap access he said, “I don’t know! You can go ahead and call corporate!”.I do not recommend doing business here as they appear to Judge a book by its cover. If anything go to the corporate store on E. Capitol Expwy.

Unsatisfactory customer service/assistance. Coming in to pick up my online order, I excitedly greeted an associate but was immediately faced with an annoyed tone of voice from a shorter gentleman with a buzz cut the moment I walked through the door. I came to pick up an order I had placed on December 30th at 5:45PM (PST). Same day at 6:47 PM, I received an email saying my order is ready, but I was unable to come due to work, so I decided to drop by next day. December 31st, I arrive 5:50/5:55PM (PST) in hopes of getting my phone/new account situated, but was turned down by one of the associates saying "my order was cancelled" and "needed to be picked up within 24 hours, of when I placed my order". During this process, he took time to walk towards the back of the building by "talking to his manager" about the order and came out a split second and suggested I reorder the same phone with the same plan in hopes of finding another store with similar phones in stock. Shared there was nothing he can do to help me get the current phone because my previous order number is associated with the only phone they had in stock and it's "cancelled". Confused, and frustrated because after receiving my order T Mobile sent me a confirmation saying I can pick up within TWO DAYS. Miscommunication and unwillingness to help, it's disappointing this T Mobile and it's associates aren't willing to honor what their company promises their new customers. Funny enough, the same day I received an email from T Mobile saying my order was ready and waiting for me. Honestly felt like I was turned down because they didn't want to help me set up my new account, and go through the process of transferring my old phone number to T Mobile. I soon came to realize the store closed early at 6:00PM (PST) due to new years, when referencing the store hours on yelp saying they're open until 8:00PM. If you guys wanted to leave early, at least communicate that store hours are open until 6:00PM (PST), and that setting up a new account will take awhile. It doesn't take much to communicate and your customer expectations. Unfortunately I felt their business practices made me feel discriminated, lose trust due to false claims and their inability to communicate/manage expectations. Stupid.

I went in today to do an upgrade with my wife and kids and had a phenomenal experience with the sales representative Antonio. He was very knowledgeable with the promotions and kind. Thank you T-Mobile and Antonio for the great service!

Today, we arrived at 7:30pm to the store to get a new phone for my mom as a surprise for her birthday, but it seemed they were too tired to help me. At first, Antonio said he could sell me the phone but cannot help me transfering the info from the old phone to new one because it was late. I said, ok not problem, I can do that. Then he stated I must have the old phone with me in order to proceed with the purchase. I replied why? I have done several trade-ins in the past and I usually send the old phone days later after the purchase, again it's a surprise for my mom, the phone is in good condition I just dont want to ask her for her old phone before giving her the new one. He talked to the manager, a lady who is pregnant and she stated it wasnt possible I did previous trade-ins without leaving the old phone the same day. They treated me like I was lying so I got little upset and Alberto just asked me, my wife and daughter to leave the store. I didn't undertstand what was going on cuz I wasn't rude at any moment I just wanted to buy a phone and they didnt give me any help or even an option. I told Antonio, hey brother I have been a tmobile costumer for years, you should be more nice and respectful. He just didn't care and asked us again to leave the store several times feeling like a badass guy. If a general or a regional manager read this and dont believe my story, just check the videos and you will see. Worst experience at a tmobile store ever, not coming back?

The worst service ever, I went with my husband to buy a new phone and ANTONIO AND THE MANAGER(pregnant lady) were super RUDE. I will never go to this store again.

Juan was a great help in the port in process. He was knowledgeable and very well organized. He made this process so smooth for me as I came to this branch after a sour experience at the McKee and Capitol branch! I was able to complete the process in a timely fashion and He was also very good at explaining the different options of plans we had. He was also a great help in getting me a case I needed for my phone. He explained the difference between the material and durability and he also recommended a few other accessories! If you ever need anything taken care of and don't want to waist your time this is the place to go!!! ASK FOR JUAN!!!
