Avoid this store. Slow, inefficient, poor attitude, bad look for the “uncarrier” at 2445 Alvin Ave, San Jose, CA 95121Arrive at 11:35am. 1 customer(a couple) being serviced by the single associate and no one else in the store.No acknowledgement of my arrival.12:05pm. Still servicing that same customer. 2 others came behind me and left in frustration.12:07 picks up the phone when it rings and talks to them for 5 mins. Still no acknowledgment of me or the other person standing in line. Hangs up the phone and continues to setup the customer with a new account.12:10. I ask him long it will take. The customer apologizes for the delay. The associate glares at me and doesn’t say anything.12:17 picks up the phone again.12:19 customer being served leaves and apologizes to me12:20 associate starts talking to me. No eye contact or regrets for the delay.Total time to setup a customer from the time I arrived was 45mins. They had already picked the phone and this was only setting them up.I don’t know if this is normal time or passes for service. Other carriers should be paying for this store so that people get turned off from T-Mobile

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is for the owner Minh, you should be ashamed of yourself scamming your own people, older Vietnamese ladies that don't know English. He's been charging my family members an extra $20 dollars/month for "insurance" for 2 phones so that's $40 per month for the last 6 months, and today we found out there's no insurance for the phones. My aunt came out to the store today to pay her phone bill and someone else was working instead of the scammer owner Minh and she wanted to cancel her insurance and the worker said there's no insurance for the phones. So she's been paying the extra $40/month so he can pocket it for himself. My aunt doesn't speak any English and doesn't use card payments so she always pays everything in cash, I guess Minh used this opportunity to scam her so he can pocket whatever cash he can. What a disgusting human being. I wonder how many other Vietnamese older folks like my aunt he's scammed at his store.. Everyone that reads this review please spread the word and avoid this store.

I have a relative who doesn't anything about the phone trading. The store owner told him if he traded his old phone he would get a free new phone. But he had to pay $150 for paperwork and pay $24/month for 2 years. It was a fool. My relative signed the contract. He told me the situation when het got home. I told him the store owner already fooled you. The new phone was not free and there was no paperwork fee in other store. He went to the store to cancel the contract. The owner flipped the story and didn't give back $150 to my relative.Don't go there if you don't know the process.

The rep is nice but she was just 1 person. Had a personal conversation for over an hour to buy a phone so that was the only weird thing. Just bought a new phone at eastridge in 20 min. Seriously need more store backup. There were two people ahead of me. And two now 3 behind me. She told me to wait another 30 mins. People are walking in and leaving and calling over the phone. This is too much work for 1 person. Please hire more employees i feel bad for her large load of work tmobil help her out.

All the STAFFS are professional and knowledgeable. I come there for a service as a new customer Tmobile . I met Joey as a store manager , he answers all my questions very clear and gave me the best service . Strongly recommend this place .

Look for some place else. I'm cleaning my room cause no service. Yesterday cable service went out. Called office said Thx for letting know and would have it fixed. Next day still waiting. You know what they say"you get what you pay for".

Look. I know these folks at T_Mobile mean well, but their service telecommunication's channel switch is broken ; and they refuse to fix it. I have Masters Degree in Telecom, with over 40 years professional experience in this field . I know what I am saying, and I refuse to pay for a service that is fundamentally broken. When I call my wife from by brand new iphone XR to her brand new iPhone 12 ; IT IS NOT A DEVICE PROBLEM.....!!!!! AND SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING THIS IN, JUST TO BE PUT ON HOLD..!!! THEY EITHER FIX THEIR CHANNEL SWITCH ; OR REFUND MY MONEY,,,,,,,,,

This place is so bad! Please don’t go here! My family went out to trade in a phone to get a better plan. The owner of this store was telling us if we trade in our phone we will get 1000 credit for each phone. So we traded in 3 phone and the credit was only 800. My mom came and talk to the owner regard the bills is super high and this he told us oh he didn’t know it was like this. Don’t tell your customer thing you don’t know. Super disappointed! And now our bill every month is super high. I hope this message will help whoever read this and about to open your phone line at this place. So untrustworthy!

I still remember my worst-est day there years ago with two teens as staffs and the owner is right there but he has not much knowledge and I do not want to quarrel with all of them so I quietly left and lost the money . I want to give this place (-) minus 5 Stars

If you wanna get a phone with the best deal, try this place out! The owner Minh was so nice! He patiently answer whatever questions I had, and explained what I have to pay upfront and monthly very detailed! I'm very happy with my purchase! Thank you Minh!

I'm not an easy person to pleased.... But let me start to sharing with you all with a bit of my personal experience... I'm basically stuck with this place for over 10 years now. Folks come and go, often have new faces. But the customer service have always been top notched and well trained. Off course, I have tried few other locations, none seemed to impress me so much with their staffs and their lousy experience. Although there are many local locations and many options. But this location is my so-called "HOME" I often upgrade my phone as when there are something coming, like every year nor two years are at the latest. Had an additional line for the business. Got a gift for my mother. Got a birthday gift for the brother. Any issues came long within the phone itself. I know there's a place where I could count on...
