Lets start with a big Wowwww I can not even believe such a rude owner of the store. Hes obviously bridge the contract . On the invoice says you can return with 35% restocking fee within 30 days but he not only believe his own invoice he also badmouthing me and hung up on me . I called 25 times and he hung up the phone. Very rude and when I just told him you have on your own invoice and I just any yo exchange he said shut up and hung up on me. Its not r do 7 days of the delivery and we noticed its not a right item for us and we sent a day before to find another piece which we did but a lady said you have to talk to the owner , we went two times yesterday but he didnt show up so I had to call him which this drama happened. I already filed a big claim and disputed the charges since I have all the proves , but people pls STAY AWAY FROM HIM . DO NOT **** *** ANY BUSINESS. He thinks here is his own country but no . Here is ************ and you cant talk to people like that. Now its not just a matter of the money its his behavior and being rude and ruined my whole day.my husband was **** get a heart attack for h this guy reaction. I cant believe he is in business. I noticed he had many many bad reviews with the same issue of bridging the contract ??. He said do whatever you want . He hangs up every time I call I have screenshot of 25 calls he ignored . We filed a case and absolutely we take him to court not only for our np ey but also for his behavior .

Oh my GodPEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THis STORE.. the owner of the store is the rudest person I've ever met.Not only very clearly he's breaching the contract, he's also so rude and told me shut up and hung up the phone on me. I called back 24 times and he hung up.I was very respectful and nice and asked to exchange the table we bought within7 days of delivery , and willing to pay restocking fee and exchange not refund, but he doesn't even listen and started badmouthing and telling and hung upI filed the complaint and disputed the charges and took legal action and taking him to court . I see many people here have the same issue with him , I'm asking you all can join me with a letter and I go to court since this guy and his business have no right to talk to people like that. He forgot here is United state not his country.We have a strong case against him since invoice says you can return or exchange but he don't even listen . I wanted to have professional conversation and very respectful, but he kept yelling and very very rude . People pls stay away from him , he's poisonous to your health and nerve and very abusive. You can join me to give him a lesson. He's very rude and don't deserve to have any business in the United state . I have a case ready and I'm moving forward .

Oh my god... one of the worst owner & his attitude i ever mate. Very rude & unreliable service. Even workers in the shop are same. Can't believe star rating 4 & 5 here. Looks like good review here are either paid or fake. not at all recommended.

Very very bad experience , I have never seen something like this in my Whole life , super rude person was there who doesn’t care about Coustomer , don’t waste your time and just don’t go there because you are gonna get super mad after see that guy ……

I'll just stick to the facts. I bought a night stand, which was great, and a coffee table, which came with a big gash on the most visible spot (after unboxing at home). The salesman - John? - warned me when helping me load: if there's a problem, take a picture *before* assembly (after unboxing), not after. That's *exactly* what I did. Admittedly, I did *then* still assemble it - because I wanted to see if it really looks that bad. Well, it does. I called. John (?) picked up the phone and immediately started lecturing me without letting me speak. I NEVER hang up, and I try to be friendly at all times, but this was just not going to happen; I had to hang up, as he had no interest in even hearing me describe the issue. He started saying I should've put the product back in the box - but this is totally irrelevant, as I photographed the problem BEFORE any assembly. Normally I'd try to make it right one way or another, but I just know that this will drain endless time and probably get me nowhere. My sanity is worth more, so I'll just have to suck it up. But, that's me. I would not recommend shopping here, no matter how tempting an item or price might be. You might get lucky, no issues; but if not then - I assure you, there will be no customer service or politeness or anything like that. If John at least heard me out and treated me as a human being, it would be a different story. But alas. If you're cool with rudeness and lack of caring, then it's worth a visit. P.S. I bought a much larger item at another store in the area a few weeks ago. There was a problem there too - some parts were missing. This was a moving sale, so fixing the problem was actually difficult; the location no longer existed! Yet they were friendly and reassuring at ALL times and totally took care of it. When dealing with businesses that care, it's just better.

The owner is very rude, waited 6 months and never received the bed frame i ordered. Went several times to the store to get an update and each time he would tell us to wait 2 more weeks but nothing never came. When i went to go get my deposit back, he was very rude, did not want to give me back my receipt or let me keep it even after i had signed the document. Threw the paper rudely back at me and never once apologized. Another lady had showed up at the same time i did, also requested her money back after waiting for so long and never receiving her furniture either. This place does not know anything about customer service and seems like the owner has a attitude problem. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Reasonable prices and a good purchasing experience. Delivery was very fast -- we ordered on Friday and got our furniture delivered on Monday.

Great customer service they waited for me 10 minutes after they were close I was looking for a sprint box for my queen bed. I went to 3 Costco and didn't have them. I highly recommended this place good customer service really professional this will be my place to shop from now on....

Compared to Living Space, Mattress Center, and even Sears furniture, this place has the best prices on solid wood bed frames and headboards. 700-800$ at Living spaces gets you some basic, rectangular queen bed with modern finish or oak-hybrid frames. 800$ goes a lot further here in terms of ornate footboards, headboards, and frames.Went in for a queen bed frame with storage and paid 800$ and change for a queen with headboard AFTER TAX.Owner is a straight talker, will tell you about the shortcomings of any furniture pieces and is firm on prices. After visiting 6 franchise and local furniture stores, we decided upon this place mainly for the owner's honesty about his product.Delivery is 120$ flat I believe so recommended pick-up with your own truck or borrow a friend's.

We went to buy furniture. The owner was good as if his store has the best deals. We fell for his talks and bought a dining table. He was not ready to reduce any price. So we bought for the same listed price. Within a week of using the table, we saw there's a bulge on the table. It was as if the wood was swelling. So we called them hoping they would atleast consider coming to check it out or suggesting as to what can be done. But they just refused to do anything. Not at all happy with the after service. Now we just hope that the table will sustain for some time. Don't get deceived by the prices there is what I have to say
