Renting a house from this real estate agency is not a good idea. The agent only cares about collecting money and does not deal with any rental disputes between tenants. Although the rent is higher than that of similar houses in the neighborhood (possibly due to the of agency fees), the service is not better. I will never rent from a real estate agency again. It's much better to rent directly from the landlord. It's not a good idea to rent from this real estate agency. In addition, not only is the rent higher than similar houses nearby (probably because it also includes agency fees), but the services are not much better. I have stay at a home manage by Sunshine Investment for 4 years. My experience with them has been nothing but great. They respond quickly to worker orders and they follow up to make sure the problem is fix. If the problem doesn’t get fix right away they will make sure you are comfortable with temporary substitution in the meantime. I truly recommend Sunshine Investment to other for future home rental.

I have rented properties from them since 2011. They are the best real estate company in Merced, Ca. They may be located in San Jose, Ca.- but they are very professional. When our floors started leaking water, they came out personally to inspect it,fix it and even bought bed rails for my kids beds(just to make sure beds didn't get ruined again). Every property I have rented from them, has been well cared for and managed properly. With my ever growing family, we have needed them to upgrade our living space. Each venture, they have been very helpful and quick. My family has been very pleased to encounter this company. Jimmy Wu ; Thank you for everything you do....p.s. I might need another place soon..
