Everytime I've come to Summit, they have my items ready within 15-20 minutes, kind staff who are knowledgeable on what they provide for VTA operators. If they don't have the exact item you're looking for in stock, they will order it for you and follow up in a timely manner when it is ready for pickup at their store.
