The waste place of all to live . The office only open from 3 pm to 5 pm . The manager here , can not be reach n very hard to get this fix when you needed . the laundry room , about all the machines are not working . the streets are never clean . muddy n debris are all over the street . manager try to rent out to you a place that someone been murder insides the apartment with out letting you know . owner of the place . please reconsider whom you hired to run your place . the manager you hired does a shitty job . she need to be FIRE .

Don’t live here!!!!!!!!!This apartment building is so dirty! There are garbage in the hallway and in the playground area. When I visit my 71 years old dad, he always complains how the kids in the neighborhood are so loud and messy. I know I should be blaming the parents on whoever raised these kids that are littering the apartment, but MANAGEMENT needs to put rules on the neighbors. MANAGEMENT DO BETTER BECAUSE THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPLAINS ABOUT HOW DIRTY IT IS AND ITS NOT JUST FROM MY DAD BUT EVEN HIS NEIGHBORS ARE COMPLAINING

My family and I moved in 2 years ago and Kim has been nothing but great to us. She's always letting us know when there's any issues or up to date with what is going on in the building and she is quick to respond and will assist you with any issues or concerns. At first, my kids didn't want to move to San Jose but the location is everything! we are close to a lot of food place, grocery stores& so much more with in walking distance and now they've reconsidered. The atmosphere is great as well. Everyone is either to themselves or really kind. It is great for families. Thank you Kim&Summerbreeze.

Horrible place. Avoid!!! they only permit one space of parking even if your house has two cars, so good luck on finding parking for the other car. the garage is not safe either. Our car got broken into and management did nothing about it. Apartments are also filled with roaches and ants with frequent "handyman" visits.

oh my goodness!!! They recently changed the new manager and she does not care for the well being of the tenants at all. whatever that breaks down in your apartment, good luck because you call the maintenance and they don't come to fix it at all. I hope the upper management does something because this is totally ridiculous.

Manager is so nice and very helpful. With all that's been going on with COVID, she has been so kind and keeps us residents informed on what we can do. Always so patient and answers any question I have. Always in a positive mood too and very welcoming!

the manager here is so helpful and patient. she checked up on my grandfather who lives alone on multiple occasions, so she definitely cares about the residents. so grateful for her hard work and kindness.

Worst place i've ever lived in, avoid this at all costs! When we moved in there were rude neighbors and it's very noisy at night and morning cause of the company next to us. Apartment hot water is broken and is only on extremely hot or extremely cold never in between. Also, apartments are filled with roaches and ants and the landlord here doesn't want to do anything about it.

I wasn't too happy before living here but since management and maintenance staff has change so much has change for the better!! Everything is so much cleaner and garage door actually works now. When you request work to be done it gets completed within 1-2 days and office staff is very prompt and actually cares about resident issues. Even my pest control is no longer a problem cause they were on top of the treatments. Trash room, pool, hallways, and playground area is always clean. Been living here FIVE years now and I can honestly say the complex is changing for the better.
