Unfortunately, my car was hit when it was parked. My insurance company arranged to have B&S Hacienda take care of my car. I was so impressed by Juan and Tanya and how they explained every step of the process of fixing my car. I felt very secure leaving my vehicle with them.
When I got my car back, Juan took the time to explain everything they had done to take care of my car. I am very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them to anyone needing body work on their car. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I would highly recommend them to anyone! They were very friendly and I enjoyed working with them. We had to take my car in for repairs due to a car accident. They were very helpful with dealing with the insurance and getting my car repaired. They gave me an accurate timeline of when the car will be repaired which was very nice. I will definitely be coming back if I need any repairs done in the future. Thank you again to all the staff for making this experience a better one. Also thank you for detailing the car!! My car looks and feels new!

Was side swiped on the freeway. I was referred to take my truck to B&S Hacienda Auto Body . From the time I walked I was treated kindly and professionally. By both Tania and Juan . I was walk through all the steps that would take place in getting my truck back on the road.
During the repairs I was updated on status. My truck came out looking like new!! I definitely recommend B&S Hacienda !

I’m happy that I chose B&S through my insurance to repair my door lock damage with some paint chips. Very nice service and staff.
(But maybe their expertise is not about the door lock system.)

The service was Phenomenal . They Washed my Car. Made my car look Brand new. The guys were great i interacted with them and they are very Nice. I also give Credits to Juan, He was very nice and walked me through every little thing they were doing. He kept me updated during the repair process. Tanja is Great, Her customer service skills are out the roof.

Not a good experience fixing my Porsche Cayenne. The shop was referred by Insurance to fix the right fender damage due ti accdent that also caused the light panel in the roof to get loose which they did not fix. When I pointed it out, they first said, it was not in the Insurance order, the panel had been glued, the accident could not have caused the damage, They grudgingly patched when I showed that it was indeed in the Insurance order. It took a few mins, they probably used glue. Then I noticed the light switch (turn from auto to night, etc) popped out, and again same excuse, that was glued, insuniating that i was lying, and it would cost me additional $500 out of pocket to get it fixed. By this time i had enough, took delivery of my car and walked away. After delivery, i notice tge static cornering lights are also not working.
In hindsight, I should have insisted on a Porsche approved body shop. I gave an extra star since the body work was done well. But I will not go back to this shop.

I recently got into an accident and brought my car to this body shop. They did a fantastic job with the repairs! The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the transaction was smooth and hassle-free. They even offered me a ride to the rental car agency, which was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body work.

Juan and his team did a fantastic job repairing the bumper and scratches on my RAV4 in just 2 days. They even did a car wash and cleaned the interior. My car looked and smelled brand new when I picked it up. Thanks so much guys!
