Terrible experience. Despite having my car serviced multiple times, the actual problem was never solved, and I was instead given a list of suggested fixes. After trusting the service that was done, my car went into limp mode twice on the side of an unsafe highway. Here, I was charged, yet nothing was truly fixed.

Visited a lot of dealers recently for a new car, and some of the sales are really not very polite and care about what you need….But Natallia is not one of them! She and Ali are super helpful and pleasant. If you want a painless, effective and delightful car buying experience, just go directly to Natallia!

I went in for a $59.95 oil change + tax and disposal fee. I was charged sales tax on the gross amount of the service, which was $150, and then applied a discount, which is incorrect in California. When you go buy something that is on-sale, you don't get charged sales tax on the original price, you are charged sales tax on the final sale price. I called to explain this and to get a refund for the overcharged amount. The service rep didn't call me back until two days later. Unfortunately, I missed the call but I called back two more times and never heard from him again. I asked to speak to a manager and was told to try to speak the Service Advisor - even though I never heard back from advisor. I eventually just called my credit card company to dispute the charge, which they adjusted for me.
The frustration and the low score was due to the frustration surrounding and incorrect charge and the lack of accountability and follow-up.
If you charge your customer the wrong amount, I would think you would want your company to work with the customer to correct it, but that didn't seem to be the case here.
The other might be minor and typical of most non-luxury car dealerships these days, but I could only get a lyft / uber ride to someplace if my car was being worked on for the whole day. If I only went in for an oil change, which might take 3hrs, I would either have to stay at the dealership for 3hrs or so or get my own transportation. Most other car dealers services seem to have a normal shuttle service. I had an Acura (not luxury IMO) and Stevens Creek Acura gave me a ride w/o any questions so this was disappointing to hear.
Otherwise, the service itself on the car seemed fine (no apparent issues or follow-up work needed).
Most of the people there were polite and professional while there and the place was clean and tidy.

West Quindiagan was awesome! He stayed late to make sure I got my car back the same day I dropped it off. He was kind and communicative, as well. When I picked up my car, a dash light was malfunctioning and someone else helped me rectify that very quickly. This was my second experience here, and it was very positive. The last time I got my car serviced at Steven’s Creek Volkswagen, the woman who helped me seemed to be in a bad mood, so it means a lot that management has worked to create a more friendly environment, of late. Thank you again, West!

Do not go here. You will regret it. The whole place is rotten to the core

Came in with a car that had no issues and came out with a nonfunctional car.
a 10 minute pick-up turned into a 5 hour nightmare as they let me let me drive off with a defective car. Twice. My steering wheel locked on me along with mutiple emergency warning less than five minutes after picking up the car. They told me I needed a new battery, which I bought, only for this to occur again on the highway. I went having simple maintenance done to a new battery having to be installed to all of a sudden an alternator being required.
The service advisor, Danny Chang, was opportunistic as he feigned sympathy. He was still looking to make profit after selling me a car battery, only lowering the price after I made the choice remove my car from the dealership. In the end, he threaten to void any discount once I leave property.
a family friend drove my car off property in order to tow it home.
Money is one thing, but negligence kills.

Service was great. Danny Chang was superb in getting our cars serviced with as little wait time as possible. Cars wash is a plus and very much appreciated. Only reason for 4 stars is they forgot to put the service sticker where we requested, not on the newly tinted window of one of the cars.

Everything was incredibly fast. Alex provided an amazing service giving my wife and I enough time to process everything and getting to know the car a bit better.

I had my oil change appointment (included in to my maintenance) scheduled for 11 am. I got my car back 2.5 hours later. Does it take 2.5 hours to do an oil change? No! But I was told that the appointment is not for actual work to start but for checking in one's car to get into the queue. Then the car sits in a queue for 2 hours.
The appointment must be scheduled for the actual work to start. You wasted 2 hours of my time
Adding: do not buy their 10 year Service Protection plan (I was talked into it when buying my Tiguan there). Now I have to go to this dealership for every simple thing, like oil change. The plan is a rip off and huge waste of my time. Not happy at all!

Great service. First time German car owner. Brought in my 2021 ID.4 for door handle recall that i just bought it.
Danny Chang was quick to have my car serviced and ordered a Lyft for pick me up at my house for pick up my car at dealer after the car was repaired.
Also, he gave me some advice about pushing off the ignition button hidden behind the steering wheel after the car in park mode and opening the driver door from the inside without double or sometimes triple unlatching the interior door handle and it works. It seem to be working every time now since i pushed the ignition button only that one time. It’s a little strange. Maybe i have to go through more on the manual to learn more about this ID.4.

Went for an inspection and recall. Discovered a problem when I picked up the car. Luckily they were able to fix it but wasted time for my car to be repaired

As other reviews mentioned, their service center sucks. I would give 0 star if I could. No one response when the original advisor on vacation. I have to wait for a week until the original advisor came back from her vacation. Also, they charged outrageously high, not much discount they are willing to give. For simple service, definitely recommend to look around other places. Also I wouldn't recommend to purchase Volkswagen car though I have to admit it has its own advantages, but its just too many small oil leaking issues (well-known worldwide issues) that just waste your time and money.

I would do no stars if I could. Shelia was not helpful at all, actually she's plain out rude. Shelia it's NOT a Great Day because of you. Do Better!!
