Had my car in from basically June 11 to August 22 (except for two days) for a hesitation in acceleration verified by their mechanics. They tried to return it twice saying it was fixed. In the End, they were unable to fix it, including national subaru tech, and had poor communication with me over that long period of time. Did not notice a lot of activity / interest to repair. Finally just picked it up to take to an independent mechanic. Courtesy vehicle during that time was the only plus.

Had a great experience here buying my new car. Sam and Pete were great while we were there. I was honest in my survey after the fact and there was a call that was a little upsetting BUT the service was so great and they gave me a great deal so I’m not going to give them any less then 5 stars. I would recommend Stevens creek subaru to everyone looking to buy a new car, and I would like to specify Sam as being amazingly helpful and honest.

Homayoun is one of the best salespeople I’ve met. He’s direct, very knowledgeable, and patient. He was mostly quiet during our test drives, politely answering our questions and otherwise not offering unsolicited selling points.

I was greeted very courteously and in a timely manner, and understanding the reason I was there which was for routine servicing. Ruben was my assigned service advisor. He was very patient. I explained to him that on my last visit I was advised I might need brake replacement. He said he would make sure he checked that thoroughly. He kept me informed as service progressed and explained everything that was serviced in great detail at the end including that my brakes were fine for now.
