I’m considering to buy plug-in CX 90 or gas CX 90 both for premium plus trim. The guy who helped me was very rude and didn't know what’s customer service. Everytime, he let me wait like 20-30 mins without telling me what he planned to do. After I test drove plug-in one for literally less then 10 mins, I said I want to test drive the gas one to make my decision. His attitude was very bad. He complained and questioned me when I will buy a car.

I had a bad experience with a salesman at another Mazda dealership before this visit to Stevens Creek Mazda but Robert Crawford was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions. He communicated well, was very professional and showed me respect. I am very happy with my new Mazda cx-50 and the service I received at Stevens Creek Mazda.

I got my Mazda CX 30 from here.Robert assisted me with sales and purchase and showed all the car features himself. Robert is very friendly and understanding and he even took family pictures for us.Shahid assisted with the documentation, loan etc and was very patient and understanding as well.Overall it was a very good experience all thanks to Robert and Shahid.

I just met with Amir to consider selling my Mazda. Unfortunately, he was incredibly rude. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t examine the car and blamed others for not providing sufficient information on the process of selling. When I said I would make a decision based on the price, his response was “but you said you wanted to sell?” as a means to pressure. When I wasn’t sure about the price because I wanted to think about it, he said that I was the type of customer who “wasn’t willing to work with him”. I can’t speak for the remaining employees but I would strongly not recommend Amir as someone to work with. If you need to sell or buy here, consider switching to another salesperson.

TL;DR: Spent almost 14 hours in person and two weeks of relentless follow up to get the paperwork to buy a car and take a big hit on my credit score. Horrible customer service.This has by far been the worst car buying experience I have had.The associates there have no knowledge about the cars they are selling and the whole dealership was very poorly managed.We went in on the first day to look at a second hand car. The person there did not know anything about the features. Since this was an electric vehicle, we had some concerns and question, none of which the associate was able to answer and had to keep asking someone else for every question. In the end when we were ready to close the deal, they asked us to wait for 5 minutes since there was one other customer ahead of us to talk to the "finance" guy. We spend almost 3 hours in total and finally gave up and left without the car.We then went back and this time wanted to get a different car. This experience was a nightmare. We went into the dealership at 4 and came out at 11:30. After test driving and asking questions and agreeing to start the paperwork. We were again told to wait to see the finance guy. This lasted about 4-5 hours at which point we wanted to leave. They then pleaded for us to stay which we ended up doing and they said the signing will take only 5 mins. We went in and the entire process took another hour owing to their systems not working. They said they will get us good deals on everything, but ended up up-selling and in the end did not even give us the appropriate paperwork. They asked us to leave with the car but had not given us any of the disclosures or the promised accessories as a part of the deal. We were tired by then and agreed to come and collect all of this at a later date because they were closing. We had to keep asking them about the paperwork and the accessories. No followup from their side for the several calls made. We went in a third time since we didnt hear back which resulted in another wait after which the sales person said, they couldnt do anything without the specific finance person who worked my deal and asked us to come back. They finally gave us everything almost 2 weeks later.I was not planning on posting a review, but I just found out today that after all this, they ended up doing 6 hard checks against my credit which caused my credit score to drop more than 40 points.I would give this dealership a 0 if i could.I wouldn't trust this dealership to do anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have been to this dealership several times, the salesman Brycen is knowledgable and patient to help me with everything. I have talked to different managers there and got various price offers. In the end when I decided to buy a new car, the manager in charge on that day, Radu, has offered me the worst deal, which is way more higher than other managers offered. And he also let me waited 2 hours for his offer. During the whole process, he didn't even show up. I told my salesman that this price is too high, and I wrote down the price and financing interest rate that other managers offered, I waited another hour for Radu and he rejected my price without showing up again and told me that he couldn't verify these offers and there is no room for price change. I didn't feel being treated as a valulable customer and I was so angry and left the dealership immediately, and went to Capitol Mazda got a great deal, with warmer service and no waiting time. My recommendation: if Radu needs money so bad, he should improve his service instead of being terrible to customers.

Even though I live closer to the Capitol Mazda. There is a reason I would travel the extra mile to this location. Jeff Lilibridge and Manny Navarro. This two guys make my car service smooth. They are very professional and they value my time and they know how to get you going right away. Their skills and knowledge is something that I value enough that made my wife get her new "23 Cx-50 just to stay with Mazda. This is our 3rd Mazda we purchase, and believe me when I say this that you want a great service center you can trust to take your car there every time.

Just bought a Mazda CX 30 and Robert was very helpful. He discussed the details with me over the phone, and helped me to make my decision. When I arrived at the dealership, he showed me all the new features and invited me to a test drive. He was also flexible to switch to another car color when I asked for it. After completing the purchase process, he helped me to install My-Mazda software on my cell phone. Thank you Robert and the team for taking that extra step for me.

The store is empty 15 minutes after it opens, the receptionist made an appointment for a test drive with a sales rep that was on vacation. I was stood up for my test drive. I'll spend my $60k anywhere else. Kia has an excellent midsize suv at a better price with more features for my family.

I was able to schedule my an appointment with Gabi easily the day before and she was very helpful. I didn't feel like I waited very long in spite of the weekend. I appreciate the videos they send you through text to show you if there's truly an issue that needs servicing. Thank you guys!
