Re-edited updateTony the owner is full of himself. Same Tony that said "the costco auto program is only for serious people who want to buy, not look." For the record I did buy a brand new 2023 Kia Fort Gt Line premium sport package at Capitol Kia a week later. Costco auto program gladly accommodated me. And for the record I was always going to BUY. My original car got totaled in a flooding and was whole reason I was going dealer to dealer to find the best price. Why would I want to drop 30k on a car I'm unsure of without reseaching other dealers and makes. Its very condescending from the owner. I almost want to drive by and showboat the car I got without this dealers help. By the way Capitol Kia gave me the price sheet easy no questions asked or riduculing me for looking at other dealers.*********They really need to be taken of the costco Auto program as a dealer. I really hope the owner sees this. I had a horrible experience when I asked for the costco auto program members only pre-arranged pricing sheet. I test drove a 2023 Kia Forte GT line premium package. Tony Khatib, Adam zazai, and Mustafa Shujayee are the ones who are supposed to be familiar with this. How its supposed to happen is you're suppose to present your costco membership and they give pre-arranged costco pricing based on the vehicle you're looking at. However that did NOT happen.TONY or someone named Tony was with 2 other guys talking just ignoring customers like me sitting there trying to ask for help. (Now I know he was the General Manager) That is even worse. Everyone here seems very lazy. Tony was super cocky saying the costco auto program is only for serious people who want to buy, not look. Thats not true I was under obligation to buy. If he was trained to work with the costco auto program properly, he would have known that. That's rude and unprofessional. For a manager he needs work on his people skills. I understand that's all you can do but seriously act professional! It's one thing if the printer or system isn't working, but how am I supposed to know what costco Auto program pre-arranged pricing is if it's not on paper? He wanted me to take his word for it, since he couldn't login or print it out. YOU'RE THE GENERAL manager! How are you not able to login in? Seriously you own the place. Lol honestly think he was lying since I only wanted the pricing sheet and didn't run numbers. Its not like you guys were helpful to me anyways. You all were just sitting there not doing your jobs when I walked in. And thats pathetic for a General Manager Tony. I can't just take his word for it. He clearly didn't understand what I wanted and was asking. I already test drove a week ago. He had me talk to a sales guy who was very clueless and tried to have test drive the car again. They didn't have a clue or ask me what I wanted. I already told them 3 times I just want the pricing sheet specific to the vehicle I'm looking at, at this dealer. I'm not trying to run my credit! I'm trying to get the costco member only pricing. It was easy for honda. Then Tony threw his 2 sense in asking why I didn't go with honda. Oh buddy, none of your concerns. I'm in no obligation to purchase. It says so in the auto program. I'll go with whatever deal I like better. Even hyundai dealership has a 2022 Kia Forte GT line for cheaper. I'll buy that even its a technology package instead of a premium package. At least they treat me much better.I really hope the Owner sees this and fires the rude and lazy people. They're not making him money to be sitting there being lazy and to act cocky.

Very friendly staff, salesperson Ash helped me to get a good deal. He was fun and my lease application didn't take that much time. Everything went smoothly. Would recommend it.

Best deals on Kia cars , I got a great deal on lease for 2024 Kia niro. I spoke to several dealers near by no one can beat this price . Ask for Kevin he makes things straight forward unlike any other dealership I worked.

I really appreciate how everything is done well within estimates of time and cost. After several service appointments with Stevens Creek Kia, I don't know how I managed to stand that other place I used to go to with my previous car (which was not a KIA).

new: I've leased two Kia EV from Ash in the past, and tonight purchased a used Infiniti. Process was fast and easy, and pricing was good. I'm a happy camper and will return.previously:My battery died and I used roadside assistance to have my EV towed to Stevens Creek Kia. They were responsive and quick. Not a big service, but it was handled under warranty, they took care of it quickly, and the communicated clearly with me

John was awesome and very personable! He made the whole experience worth our two hour drive to go buy the vehicle we found online. The gentleman we did the final paperwork with could've been a little more approachable.

We had taken a lease, Usually the credit check should be done once but I don't know why they have done 3 times the same thing both to me and my Co-Leasse.It makes 3 hard enquiries for our credit score.This is not all good for us.Also there is no proper information about the delivery of the car by the sales representative. Its ended up in so much disappointment to us.They also not believed us and keep on checking with us that today you will purchase the vehicle or not multiple times. Because I liked the car I had leased it but they have delivered the vehicle on the same day without providing proper communication to us.Totally its a mess up but we got the car at the end.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came after work to do a test drive on the car. They didn't approach me for half an hour. Then they told me that they wouldn't give me a test drive because I would use miles. how can I buy a car without trying it?

This review is for Stevens Creek Kia dealership. I thought having 4 cars from this Kia store was way too much loyalty , so I wanted to check out a hybrid this time. My numbers were not too good so I didn’t expect much and as I was about to leave the door, this sales manager Popal asks me what will make me happy with a very sincere look, he introduces me to the best sales he said and he says best for all his sales but this May Ipekci is exceptionally great in what she does . She listened to my needs, addressed it by showing me which car and accessories I needed and most of all , one that fits my budget. She did not disappoint. Popal was with us all the way. So concerned, he wasn’t rushing but encouraging . May was most patient and excellent in customer service. It was raining that day, and I think I was at the dealership for over 5 hours. Came home with a brand new Kia sportage green awd. It was a smooth negotiation up to the finance manager Chinh. Did I tell you to look for May? Yes, she taught me all the features of the car, all the new technology and hooked it all up online for me. Nobody ever had the patience to do this at Kia , ever. She is just a gem. So thank you Popal, May and Chinh. I’m sure I’ll enjoy my new baby. .
