Mark was nice. Bad experience picking up and paying for my car with Ruben. I won’t be coming back again because of him, he made me feel very uncomfortable. I waited in the lobby for 5 mins, he finally looked at me and asked to help me when I started to talk he interrupted me and rudely said “I can’t hear you you need to speak louder” I was surprised by the lack of customer service and overall tone and rudeness. Then when I went to pay, I was taking my time to look over the receipt to sign. The price seemed a little high for the services. The lady at the front was very nice she asked to help and was looking at the receipt (she grabbed it from me and all I wanted to do was look and do the math myself) and started reading off the charges. Ruben came over and then said “all she can do is read the paper is there something I can answer for you” I told him my concerns and he was just very rude overall and kept pressuring me to sign the paper and pay without fully understanding where the charges were coming from. I had to tell him several times that I just wanted to look and take my time before signing and paying. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or if he is normally like that but he made me feel uncomfortable and pressured and honestly it was unnecessary. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely terrible service. I had two recalls on my Jeep so I brought it in for a software update but the second recall was backordered. So while it was there, I asked for a quote on how much to replace my front brakes. They tried to charge me $250 just to tell me the quote. I finally got it waived and took my business elsewhere.However, the second recall? They never called me back. I have been trying for over a year to get it in there and they keep lying to me.Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have faced many issues with their servicing -1. The car theatre system (which was fully functional before handing the car for servicing) was not working when I got it back. Upon telling them this, they still charged 279$ for “diagnostics”. So expect to pay for any issues that their incompetent service professionals introduce. The excuse given was “when I changed my car to reverse, after getting it, that’s when it must have happened.” Why should the car theatre system shut off when I am reversing my car, when I have done so for many years without any such thing happening ? It sounded unbelievable. And why should the customer be charged even if there is a bug in the software ?2. No updates on the car for multiple days. Nobody seems to be monitoring their automated text messages, which say (as if it is a personal message from your service advisor) “you can always text me at this number”. No one got back to me on anything I asked at that number.3. I was made to sit on a chair saying someone will attend to me. After 30+ min, I had to ask them who is going to attend to me. Even after that, I had to again wait and AgAIN walk up to the service professional who was designated for me. So don’t expect them to attend to you if you are made to wait for any reason.4. I got low tire pressure notification two days after the servicing so they didn’t even reset the tire pressure properly.

I love my new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE!! Sam did an awesome helping me through the process and had the exact car I wanted on the lot. If you're thinking about a new car I highly recommend this dealership and make sure you ask for Sam!!

I was in a really difficult situation and needed some help with clarifying my warranty and identifying an issue I had with my car. Not only was the service department, knowledgeable and accommodating, they went above and beyond and help me get my car back within days where I was previously told it would take over a month. Turns out there was nothing faulty with the car other than a battery issue. All staff was very respectful, and courteous.

I tried buying a Gladiator that they had on their website advertised at $2600 off as dealer discount, plus 15% off as manufacturer incentive. Later that day I noticed they changed the dealer discount to a little over $5600 off with 15% off from manufacturer. A manager name Prince called me to go over lease numbers and they offered me a crazy high money factor of .00473 and he also did not apply the $5600 dealer discount. I asked how come I’m not getting the dealer discount. He started with all kinds of nonsense, at first it was he’s GM had changed it and he didn’t know about it, then he asked if he could call me back. Few hours later he calls back and still refused to give me the dealer discount as advertised. This time his excuse was that prices on his website are excluded from leasing, it’s only for Purchasing. It was at this point I realized I was wasting my time with this joker. Don’t trust anything from this dealer. Buy at your own risk

The service department is terrible. You need to wait even if you have an appointment. And you need to wait outside. They do not give a loaner of any kind, nor rental. Even their shuttle service does not work. When the finally take the car in, they will try to find all kinds of silly excuses to not to do anything in a hope that you get tired of their service and let it go. When they give you the car back they do not wash it although they should. They do not even reset your oil life meter after the oil change (maybe they just did not do the oil change?).

When booking my appointment online, I utilized my free oil change and tire rotation. The app mentioned I needed a 20k check up as well. After selecting both services, it appeared they were both covered (ie: quote was $0). When I got checked in with the service rep, he told me it was $1k+. I dropped the 20k mile check up & only proceeded with the free oil change. That experience felt disingenuous of the dealership.I always have to call whichever service rep I’m assigned to see if my car is ready after they said it would be. For this last time, it caused me to miss my next appointment.The worst part of this review is that the mechanics didn’t put enough air in my tires and all 4 were dangerously flat.I will say everyone is really nice there though!

I went in for basic work and was told my vehicle would be done by the end of the day. The vehicle was going back with my daughter to college Sunday morning. At the end of the day I received no communication with the vehicle status. I went down to the service center and was told I had to wait until Monday to get the vehicle because the service advisor wasn't in. One advisor who was present got on the phone and arranged for the vehicle to be completed Saturday. I had to call the office twice before heading down and demand the release of the vehicle. Luckily for me Yolanda rectified the situation and we were able to get the vehicle. Yolanda and the gentleman who helped Friday night deserves 5 stars along with the person who serviced the car. Everything else was garbage. More than likely it'll be the last time I take a vehicle to this place.

Stay away from this dealer at all costs!!Shaz the finance manager is an absolute crook. I purchased a warranty with my car from him, which he assured me could be easily cancelled. He is nearly impossible to reach over the phone so I went in person to cancel it. I signed the paperwork and everything, only to find out 2 months later that he did not cancel the warranty or issue the refund.Again, despite leaving several voicemails he refused to call me back. The one time I did get ahold of him, he claimed that the Bank must have had a hiccup. This was a complete lie, because eventually I started working with a different finance manager who was actually helpful, and she showed me that the warranty had still been left active (meaning the refund I would receive is now reduced from the initial amount). Then after cancelling the warranty, it took the account manager 4 months and several calls to actually issue the refund.I usually do not leave bad reviews, but I know for other people in less fortunate situations this could have led to the car being repossessed, a ruined credit score etc.

I brought my car in to be serviced. Service center claimed to have rotated and checked the tire pressure for my vehicle as i was suspicious one of my tires was leaking. I was also due for a tire rotation, which they claimed to have completed. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that same tire is still continuing to decline in pressure, confirming that my tires had in fact not been rotated or properly checked for a leak. Not only is this disappointing, but a safety concern. I now have to spend more of my time and now money elsewhere, having my tire properly looked at and repaired. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The sales Praj was really nice and professional. He really does help me as a customer to find the best deal and not like other dealers who just want to rip me off. If I would recommend to a friend to buy a car, he will be my first go-to person.

I got my 2023 Grand Cherokee on 7/23.I had very bad experience with the sales department. After having 3 hours of conversation and finalized the amount, the sales guy was involved and he somehow bumped up the price by >5 grands than what we discussed initially.They said they made sure all the discounts were added that I discussed with them. After signing the lease I realized the discounts were not applied and the numbers are not same as what we discussed before. When I approached the sales manager, he is so rude and said he can't do anything as the lease is signed. If there is a human error, that can't be fixed???When I reported this to customer relationship manager, they didn't take any action and they were trying to convince instead. I wonder how they are going to run the business by cheating a new customer like me.There is no customer empathy at this location. I would recommend not to choose this location.

We had great experience buying a new Lexus 350 Rx. Clair Johl, our sales consultant, was very patient and pleasant. She took us for test drive and explained all the features. She is a wonderful salesperson, as she is kind and professional. I strongly recommend her.

It was a great experience. When I arrived at the Stevens Creek Blvd lit there was someone to to greet me, direct me to where I would find my service advisor, Farahood. Who then explained the process and how much it would cost. The wait was okay and the oil change was finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Everyone I worked with was friendly and helpful. I left the lot feeling as if they all were happy in their jobs and they were treated well too.
